Two women walked in and stood next to me by the till and she immediately asked for their order. As she was serving them another customer arrived and lined up behind us. I figured she would take my order next but she ignored me and took his order. When she finished with him she turned around and continued her other work. I left in disgust. Been coming here over two months now, at first I thought heâs just having a bad day, now seeing him treating a particular group of people with could shoulders and apathy, Iâm pretty certain that is the case.
Coffee IS top-tier, food is also great; all other staff are very friendly. But donât forget, you are running a service business. Whatever cognitive biases or just simply undereducated opinions this guy has, the prejudice practice is just not a sustainable business model.
