Arrived to order to coffees on our morning ride. Waitress at till ignored me which is fine as I figured she was busy. Two women walked in and stood next to me by the till and she immediately asked for their order. As she was serving them another customer arrived and lined up behind us. I figured she would take my order next but she ignored me and took his order. When she finished with him she turned around and continued her other work. I left in disgust. I was wearing my helmet but was otherwise tidily dressed. I did not say a single word during our interaction and neither did she. I can only assume they don't...

The cashier in the morning shift (the owner I assume) treats people with different ethnicity background differently. Been coming here over two months now, at first I thought he’s just having a bad day, now seeing him treating a particular group of people with could shoulders and apathy, I’m pretty certain that is the case.

Coffee IS top-tier, food is also great; all other staff are very friendly. But don’t forget, you are running a service business. Whatever cognitive biases or just simply undereducated opinions this guy has, the prejudice practice is just not a sustainable business model.
