I rate this high because in Perth you just can't get a decent small Cafe that is just so relaxed and easy and like a local 'greasy spoon' where you just want a good coffee and sandwich or burger that tastes good, isn't outrageously expensive. Mulberries is small, but really great for people who don't want to perform, maybe eat alone or just meet a friend with easy parking, read a book, talk-dont talk, and no weird attitudes. Beautiful.
So it's a simple place but that leave me just to eat and read vibe is what I call a great atmosphere. Can get warm as it's open to the street.
Love their simple two-man operation. Very tasty sandwiches on rhy bread (ask for extra butter may whatever if you like it moist), don't rate the gluten free too high, but fillings always fresh. Coffee is very good from my pov. Shame they close by2.30 pm, but that's...

If you're tired of artisan breakfasts, this is the place for you! A hearty breakfast with generous serving sizes and a menu that includes both savoury and sweet options. The coffees were mug-sized and perfect.
I got the farmerhouse breakfast with hollandaise, the grilled banana pancakes with a long black, and the matcha latte. Everything was delicious and hit the spot!
Bonus points for playing BTS! This cafe appears to have a few regulars, one of whom is a very cute doggo!
It was well worth the stop! It was fantastic to finally find a breakfast for under $50...

And I mean filthy, unhygienic, if I wasnât absolutely busting I wouldnât have used it. Had to take a paper towel to touch anything. For me the fact it was so filthy makes me wonder what the kitchen is like inside. In my view toilets should be cleaned at least every morning before opening for business. Even if you have to share with others in the area, you can still make sure someone goes and checks it a couple times throughout being open. I wonât go there again, just donât trust...
