When we first entered, great atmosphere, good selection in beers and most staff were friendly, though we did come across some issues throughout our experience. First, I ordered a gluten free burger, “the boss”, although the menu stated there was a gluten free option the potato patty was not gluten free itself. I mentioned to whoever served me that I was gluten free and I was not notified that the burger as a whole was not. In attempts to fix this I was offered a bowl a chips that did not come out for the 40 minutes we waited for them, I just asked for a refund. The friend I came with ordered the “when in bunbury” pasta that was supposed to come out with both roasted tomato and oyster mushrooms that only was served with one whole slice of tomato and no mushrooms. This pasta we waited an hour for and when enquired about we were told that the docket for said pasta had not been sent to the kitchen and had not been started. When the server came up to us, they informed us about the situation while also rubbing my friends arm and saying “It’ll be out as soon as it can”. As much as we do appreciate the concern of where our food was, as a customer i do not appreciate being touched especially in times like these. In the end we asked for a refund on both of our meals which was given in cash though we payed on card. All in all we do understand it’s only the first week of them opening but we feel as though the situation could have been handled better and hope our next experience (if there is one) or other peoples experiences are...

My husband and I went to see a comedy act at this venue. We have never been to this establishment before. We went to the bar to grab some drinks and was confronted by a very rude and patronising person by the name of Sarah. She was practically yelling at us to move away from the bar because of the eftpos machine, we moved away and went to find a seat. She then came at us and said we better have wristbands, which we did. She made a point of letting us know she was the functions manager, I said to her “ as a functions manager where can we sit and pointed to the seating, she told me that she would throw us out for finger pointing?? At the interval, my husband and I were confronted when we went outside by the bouncer, who asked my husband how many beers he had, he said three and the bouncer said he would let him go back in providing he didn’t get Agro and that the barmaids deal with a lot of abuse! ( I’m sure they do, but not from 55 year olds)I laughed and said this is a joke, obviously the venue manager spoke to him. I don’t know what her beef is?? All the other barmaids were awesome, great customer service. May I suggest Sarah puts her hand in the tip jar and go and pay for some training, if she claims she is a manager!! Managers don’t act like that, certainly if she is supposed to be leading by example, absolutely disgusting!! Venue was nice and comedy brilliant! Won’t be back until it’s under...

We came on a hot day for lunch, 33 degrees outside and we had a dog so we had to sit in the pet allocated area. Luckily staff gave us a shaded spot inside the door and even organised a fan and brought us a jug full with ice water. It made such a difference!

The food was top notch, they were out of the battered Cauliflower, so we got the pork dumplings, chicken wings and chicken burger. Everything was absolutely delicious. The guy at the bar was great too, even asking what sorts of beers I liked and gave me a few to try. I got the NEIPA which was really fruity, smooth and just what the doctor ordered.

The service was great, the venue is very trendy and well decorated, my only issue is there is no air conditioning inside and it must get extremely hot for the busy staff in a bustling environment.

We will be coming back! A big credit to the staff here, very lovely and hard working. 9/10 - minus...

This place is pretty great. Food was all really good, good size portions, big menu. Not sure why the lamb ribs $ come with stale naan bread (probably from frozen). Didn’t take too long to come out! Service was 50/50 , i think they are understaffed which is the norm these days, so takes a while for a beer and our plates were never cleaned off our table. However we did have a mix up with an order and the manager was out to us with cash and free drinks tickets before we could even think! Atmosphere was great with the blues bands playing - super loud so make sure you check what’s on if you’re hoping to chat here. The chairs in the outside area are the worst will break your back and make you want to leave but again it’s the norm. Definitely would recommend especially with bands playing here, and will be back. Thank you Froth Team!

Heading down south from Perth and to Busselton. Found it on Google maps and it looked great! Staff where friendly on arrival and happy to accommodate 15 of us at no notice. Had a great playground stage for the kids that had soft slides, building blocks, colouring in station and other toys. Wide selection of their brewed beers and two cocktails on tap. Had a Pint of Pale Ale and the Hazy. Both where good and easy to drink. Kids meals came quick and where very well sized a bit expensive but they where quality. We got a couple of entrees to share which was a mistake because we ended going with the share platter for 4. Which was huge but so delicious it was hard to stop eating. Building was nice, atmosphere was good, toilets where clean and modern. Will go back & would recommend.

Food was absolutely amazing. We had the pork belly, lamb ribs, ratatouille pasta, Sri Lankan fish curry and chips. Every dish was so full of flavour, even the chips were just the perfect level of crispiness. For the lamb ribs, the meat fell right off the bone and the fish curry was thick and rich in flavour (perfect for cold winter nights). We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the drinks were really good too. Their slushies are a must try! The staff were very friendly too, they were constantly checking in on us to make sure everything was okay. Great customer service!
