As someone that loves pizza this place is truly disappointing.

I understand the branding is all about the ‘New York style’ but the end product doesn’t quite justify eating here. For the same price as a woodfired pizza you get chewy/heavy dough, super salty ingredients and a general sense that the pizza has been cooked and let sit for hours to dry out.

The reason for the one star rating is because the service was also sub par. Upon ordering the ‘unlimited Ice cream’ bowl that you refill yourself I was told that I am to head to the ice cream machine and serve myself. Once I try to do this and find that one of the two flavours available is finished I proceed to inform a staff member for them only to check that it was in fact out and ‘get back to me’ whether it gets replenished or not. (Unlimited means it’s not meant to run out) This staff member never came to advise and I actually asked the same question a second time, for the same thing to happen again. No apology for not getting back to me, no apology for the unlimited Ice cream running out, nothing.

Went there as a family of 5. Ordered Garlic Parm Wings, Fireball Wings, Chicken Tenders for the kids, BBQ Chicken pizza & a Pineapple Express pizza.

The Garlic Parm Wings got a tick of approval. The Fireball Wings were hot, just hot, no flavour at all just heat. Made for an unpleasant experience. Literally couldn't taste anything once I bit into these things. Lucky they came out after the pizza... or maybe not. The Chicken Tenders were dry & dark enough to appear burnt. The BBQ Chicken pizza was only BBQ because of the Coles/Woolies brand bbq sauce drizzled over the top. However, the base was for me divine being thin & crispy... a fact that wasn't lost on my son who prefers thicker bases & scored the Pineapple Express low because of this. The service at the counter was excellent with the staff being attentive & slightly comic. The wait staff however were less than attentive. Our table of 12 were presented with our servings, asked who ordered it & then was dumped in a spare place at the table causing us to shuffle to plates down to who ordered them

Overall a very average experience & I am unlikely to be back to...

Ordered 3 pizzas and some wings in a group of us. I noticed someone who came in well after us had received their pizza first, thought maybe they ordered it online or something so no worries, 2 pizzas came out no worries with our wings and they where amazing. After a few more minutes asked about the third pizza and was told it would be right out. Then after 15 more minutes my wife asked what was going on. After staff scrambled for a bit was approached by a young lady named Dakota and she was vey apologetic even though we could see how busy she was and made to come over and explain the situation. Was told no ingredients left for that pizza but we where welcome to choose any other pizza if they could make it and offered drinks. Place was absolutely packed and could tell they were really struggling. Really appreciate the quick apology and honest response. When a place is that busy and considering covid staffing it was understandable and they made it right with us. The 2 pizzas we had where bigger then expected and we where actually pretty full so we drank our free drinks and left. Will be back for...
