Geraldton Turkish Kitchen — Restaurant in Western Australia

I came from Perth to get some late night food. Ordered a lamb kebab on my friends birthday. Ordered two rolls that were listed as $15. Extras on their menu such as salad cost $1. But be careful, detective practices ahead. They charged me a total of $44 for two rolls, a good $7 Dollars extra per roll. When I asked them what was in the salad, they gave me a word salad saying how they always tell the customer about what's in the salad. They never explained it and charged $7 for it.

I never asked for Beetroot or any of the extra toppings, like egg. This is not okay. For reference, Beetroot and many other ingredients are not listed on their menu but they still charged $1 per item.

When confronted about it, they were dismissive and hostile. Last resort giving me a refund and I had to give the food back.

I do not recommend this to anyone, they are just taking advantage of anyone they think is drunk or just gullible.

They also took a long time coming out with the food, serving the higher number first. I was 29, and there was a woman who was 24 still waiting whilst they were serving the high 30s.

Was very keen on trying their meat on chips. It was the worst thing I've ever tried. The chips felt like they were stale and then fried again very oily and hard. The meat I've asked for was chicken but I could taste lamb in every second bite. The meat was burnt aswell. The sauces were so bad the bbq sauce was so sour when it should be sweet not sour. Anyways I ordered a large box and I couldn't even finish 1/4 of the box before throwing it away. Additionally we ordered a chicken wrap too which was also thrown away after 2 bites, same problem it was just so wrong and so spicy that we couldn't get past 2 bites. This kebab shop is the best establishment in Geraldton. Not only is the food amazing but the customer service is something all businesses in Geraldton can’t compete against. I love walking to the kebab shop after a night out and the kebabs are something to die for. Every time I get home and finish my kebab I wish I had ordered a second one.
