All the stars for the vibe ..so happy Geraldton has a place like this.

I had to take a star off for the ordering system and the food. I thought about taking 2 stars off.

We used the QR code on the table to order, but our drinks were forgotten. When I asked about them, I was told that they "often miss the drink orders when there's food and drink together". We got our drinks right away after that but if you're always missing the drink orders....how about a solution? Like check for them if you serve food and notice the people don't have drinks??

The food was fine but didn't taste fresh at all. The chicken schnitzel was cooked well but in old oil so it smelled funny. The sliders were made with stale buns and were overpriced for the amount of food. It could have been much better had the ingredients and oil been fresh.

Never going back! 5 of us ordered dinner at 6pm. After an hour we asked where it was and the bartender admitted the order got lost and would get it started immediately and offered us a round of drinks. Another 45 minutes later we order another round of drinks and joke that they’ve forgotten our order again. The look on the bartenders face clearly tells us they have. 10 minutes later we started getting the meals all at different times. Everything was cold, got dry mash instead of baked potatoes, steaks were chewy with no sauce, “salad” was a sad handful of spinach. At this stage the bartender is outright avoiding us and gives us a measly “is it okay” when she checks in. Forgetting the order once and a free round of drinks was acceptable but forgetting it twice and then serving cold, small, disgusting dishes without a genuine apology or offer to...

I recently booked the Rooftop Bar for our family of 5 to celebrate a 21st birthday dinner for my niece. It was one of the very few decent places open for a meal in Geraldton on a Tuesday night. I found the Manager and all the staff really friendly and attentive, and their service was brilliant. The manager (whose name now escapes me - sorry - but he was from Ireland!) reserved us a really good table tucked away in the corner. And the wait staff were fabulous, including bringing out the 'surprise' birthday cake, singing the birthday song, while trying to keep the candles alight in the stiff sea breeze!! There was a good vibe all night, the was menu was good, and 3 of us had the fish (I had grilled) and it was well worth ordering. We would all definitely eat...
