Popped down for a quick bite today & was greeted & served by Ava. As someone who has four years of experience in customer service management & now works in hospo, I wanted to make a mention to Ava’s customer service skills & that she has a knack for talking with people in a way I can only describe as effortless, personal & human. She had a very friendly attitude & took the effort to compliment me on what I was wearing, & while I don’t believe that compliments are detrimental to good customer service, she left me with a good impression & a lovely feeling.

Tried their Caesar Salad, it was terrible. Got 2 very salty toasted slices of garlic bread for croutons, instead of a hard boiled egg, I found an egg with a runny yolk on top of the salad. "Nice twists" to the traditional salad and the dressing was also full of flavour but they forgot the main base/ingredient for a Caesar salad is fresh crunchy Cos lettuce. My salad had disgusting rotting inedible lettuce and I suppose they are putting the same lettuce in the burgers also and no...
