Hungry Jack's Burgers Carlisle — Restaurant in Western Australia

I would like to make a complaint about my chicken royale made at 5:10pm. Both side of the bun were burnt to a crisp, i felt myself chewing into this mess, then if things couldnt any worse, it was drowned from the top of the bun, to underneath the bottom bun with mayonnaise! I can see that you were trying to cover the burnt bread… It didn’t work. I could see VERY clearly that the bun was burnt and I am extremely disappointed. I have been a very loyal customer to the Carlisle Hungry Jacks since the very, beginning. This really tipped the water over pot for me. This was absolutely disgraceful, I have never in my life seen such a mess of mayonnaise. Believe it or not, but there actually was more mayonnaise in the wrapping than on the burger! I’m quite unsure about this mistake. Do i look like mayonnaise to you? Well i sure do now because I’m quite literally covered head to toe in mayonnaise. I can still feel the mayonnaise gurgling around in my stomach. I am absolutely appalled with this so called “Chicken Royale”. If I wanted a “Mayonnaise Royale” I would have just asked. Did I ask? No. Did you know that mayonnaise actually has 0.6 grams of sugar! Are you trying to give me diabitos. I cant imagine how many people you have given just the mayo to, no bun, no lettuce, not even the chicken, just mayo. Do you want to drink mayo? I'm sure you don't, neither do I. BUT I drank it anyway because this was more like a soup rather than a burger. Okay, I know you get minimum wage, But does it not bring you any joy to see the look on peoples faces when they take a bite into the perfect chicken royale? If you saw my face, You wouldn't be able to, because I was covered in mayo. I could have become deep fried mayonnaise. And do not get me started on the bun. it was just like i was biting into a cold burnt blob, with mayo of course, in conclusion ,i am not a mayo entrepreneur, and neither is many people going to this carlisle location, so please, ease up on...

I am writing to express my serious disappointment regarding the fried chicken I recently ordered from your store. Unfortunately, the item I received was far below the standard I have come to expect from Hungry Jack’s. The chicken was extremely overcooked, with a very dry texture that made it difficult to enjoy. In addition, the burnt and bitter taste was overwhelming, to the point where it completely ruined the meal experience.

This was particularly frustrating because I specifically chose Hungry Jack’s expecting quality and consistency. Instead, what I received was not only unpleasant but also felt like it had been cooked without proper care or attention. A meal that should have been enjoyable turned into a disappointing experience, and frankly, it did not feel like the value matched the price I paid.

As a customer, I believe it is reasonable to expect food that is cooked properly, fresh, and enjoyable. Sadly, this was not the case on this occasion. I kindly ask that you take this complaint seriously and investigate the matter to ensure that better quality control is applied in the future. No customer should have to receive food that is so poorly prepared.

At around 1630 hours (8/1/22) A male staff when asked for a sauce, said that he Ned to check my order(🙁) just for a sauce. When asked for another one, said that we have to pay. Did buy buggers worth more than $50, the sauce could have been a compliment (although other fast food does that). However, that was not the main issue! After I have paid for the sauce, $1, that male staff went on talking at the back with the other lady staff (mentioned as a manager) abt the customers (keeps on staring at the customers)- the worst service?!
