Have had several issues with this store, chips coming out either cold or barely warm, long wait times even just for chips and a drink and my partner and I have had times where they’ve forgotten parts of our order completely. One occasion we waited for almost half an hour for our order and they forgot the drinks in the end. Several other customers were getting visibly angry, I tried to be understanding, perhaps staff shortages? However, when my partner went back into the store to get our drinks they’d forgotten, he said there were several staff at the back of the store doing nothing as the manager and two other workers rushed around doing everything. I’ve had issues where we were given soda water? Instead of Sprite, and when asked to replace it we had to ask three times for a replacement before it was actual sprite, every other time it was water, carbonation and sugar with no sprite/lemon taste at all. Read moreThe servers are very friendly and attentive they do there best to make sure your served fast and your order is filled properly ( sometime things can be left out ) although we are a family of 8 can stress them out when we do extra large order sadly management let's them down just wondering around barking orders as if they have no need to help when a single server ( around school age) is running between drive-thru an dine-in trying to make sure orders are filled properly, I usually double check my order and kindly ask if something is missing then let management know what's there doing wrong to reinforce confidence in the young server ( so they know it's not there fault) Our usual order is stunner meal, 2 double stunners, 2 triple stunners, a kids meal, 2 bbq cheese burgers a bacon deluxe, and a extra long chicken burger meal all food is perfectly prepared and hot I would recommend going there for your takeout meal, just take note of who is doing what and make comment about who is falling short of standards when it comes to...

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding an unpleasant experience I had at your Morley branch on Wednesday, 14 May 2025, after 10:00 PM. I was served by a male staff member who was not wearing a name badge, so I am unable to identify him.
When I showed him my order number, he responded with frustration, saying I had held it over another customer. He also reminded me of a previous similar situation that occurred on a busy day. I found his attitude unprofessional, and the way he spoke to me made me feel uncomfortable and upset.
I did not say anything in return, but I believe no customer should be treated this way. I hope Hungry Jack’s will take this complaint seriously and review the CCTV footage from the time mentioned to investigate the matter.
It would be very disappointing if no action is taken, as such behavior does not reflect the level of service customers expect...
