A Disastrous Encounter: My Horrendous Experience at Hungry Jack's Subiaco
It is with great disappointment and frustration that I recount my recent visit to Hungry Jack's Subiaco. As a loyal patron of fast-food establishments, I expected a certain level of efficiency and satisfaction, but what I encountered was nothing short of appalling. From interminable wait times to subpar food quality, my experience at this particular Hungry Jack's outlet has left me not only dissatisfied but also resolved to boycott all Hungry Jack's establishments henceforth.
First and foremost, the abysmal wait time at Hungry Jack's Subiaco was nothing short of outrageous. Despite the name implying fast service, I found myself languishing in line for nearly 20 minutes before even placing my order. This egregious delay is utterly unacceptable for a fast-food establishment, where customers expect prompt service and quick turnaround times. The lack of urgency and efficiency displayed by the staff reflects poorly on the management and highlights a glaring disregard for customer satisfaction.
To exacerbate matters, the quality of the food served at Hungry Jack's Subiaco was shockingly disappointing and downright disgusting. Upon finally receiving my order, I was met with lukewarm burgers and soggy fries, indicative of food that had been sitting out for far too long. The burgers lacked freshness and flavor, with the patties appearing overcooked and dry, while the accompanying toppings seemed wilted and unappealing. The fries were limp and greasy, a far cry from the crispy, golden perfection one expects from a fast-food staple.
Furthermore, the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the establishment left much to be desired. The dining area appeared unkempt and neglected, with tables strewn with crumbs and debris from previous patrons. The lack of proper sanitation protocols only served to exacerbate my dissatisfaction and reinforce my decision to avoid any future visits to Hungry Jack's.
In light of this deplorable experience, I am left with no choice but to boycott all Hungry Jack's outlets indefinitely. Read moreCustomer service at this venue has declined significantly. Staff are rude and often will argue with or even ignore customers. when you walk into the store the floors are almost always greasy, some times to the point it is a slipping hazard.
In particular one older gentleman was blatantly rude to me telling me to hurry up and pay even though he has not yet turned the eftpos on after i had advised him of this twice. The following day (today) he was overly sarcastic towards me and made jokes with the other staff at the location about me as i walked into the venue and while i ordered.
I will no longer be going to HJ and i will be recommending this course of action to friends and family. there is a good coffee shop/ restaurant just as far away and meals are better quality and value with nicer staff.
Further more staff never wear their name-tags at this venue which is probably one of the reasons why this behavior...

First the manager says there wasn't a 4th burger placed in the bag, when I went to Hungry jacks subiaco to get my receipt of what I purchased for $69 , he refused to give me the receipt and refused to refund me saying I was raising my voice ....when I was just asking him time and again to provide me with my receipt and refund it. He also admitted on being à theif.... I mean is this what customer service has become in Australia's Hungry jacks? I felt really cheated and someone who Is a customer service manager should not behave towards their customers over...
