Firstly I will say nothing flows perfectly in a Imperfect world or environment. We have been a couple of times since moving to Geraldton and I really think the company are Greatly under staffed or maybe Overwhelmed with the High Volume of Customer's. Management really needs to take a look at this as the drive through/ thru is always congested and the waiting times are insane and it blocks the space for those who walk in or dine in . Yes our Orders both times were wrong. 😖 What made our weekend visit even worse was the fact we pre-ordered off the App to only get in store and still wait 20 minutes and get home and then our order had food missing and and the burgers were all completely wrong. Sorry this is Not acceptable and I don't see why customers should have to drive all the way back just to get the food items that are missing and I don't see why we have to ring and complain about these issues in the first place especially when you pay a small fortune for the products and are waiting lengthy times . Please make changes , please employ more staff, please have more than one person working front of house especially in peak and busy times and please have staff check and then double check to see if all the order is there. As a customer I will do my part and be more attentive when I place and pick up a order but in all fairness it needs to be a team effort to make sure these basic work skills are carried...
Read moreAfter a 13hr drive to KFC Geraldton ... We ordered 2 sliders, a 3 piece feed and 2Kfc burger meals original.. We have an unattended trainee on the till, who had to muddle her way through takimg and entering the ordering system, the wait was 20mins on the meals.. To recieving under cooked chips(raw in the middle) over cooked chicken and Lettuce that looked like it had been sitting in the sun all day... This was a complete waste of time, effort and money... It had been a meal we all had been looking forward to for week's.. We have 2 more days in this town and needless to say will not be coming back here again.. And obviously telling all this is something to strike off the list of things to look forward too when visiting the town on their week off. We know you strive to ensure your costumers have excellent food and service... How about instead of just striving for it and doing it.. We have loved you products for many years and in this one incident have...
Read moreAs an ex-employee I was so DISAPPOINT to arrive at the counter with my kids and see the lack of organization and employee disorganization was mind blowing. Honestly. Attention and mind set isn't there any more. 10 years ago I worked there, did every job as necessary. Today I couldn't get 3 frozen drinks after being passed our meals, had to wait until the 3 orders previous were completely finished. I grabbed my order from someone that could have got the drinks in 30 seconds. Miss managing. The floor in customer service hasn't been cleaned for over a week and half at least. Can see the dangerous build of slippery grime. I could go on , or just say 10 years ago when people had standards and reflected that in their work especially management, things wouldn't be stressed out kids looking for good leadership,instead _ a well oiled machine so all's good and taste...
