Pitcher and Iron — Restaurant in Western Australia

Manage to secure the Eatclub deal and obtain 𝟐𝟓% 𝐨𝐟𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐥. There are two types of waffle bases available. There's⁣ ⁣ 𝐁𝐑𝐔𝐒𝐒𝐄𝐋𝐒⁣ 𝘓𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 & 𝘤𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘱𝘺. 3. 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐏𝐈𝐓𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐑 (𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐮𝐦 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐚𝐮𝐭 𝐇𝐨𝐭 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞) $𝟔⁣ ⁣ I'd say I'm a big fan of their waffles. It's my first time eating a light, crispy, and airy waffle. They are very generous in providing us with sauce on the side to drizzle on our own. (And the sauce is quite substantial; we didn't even finish it.) The carnival one was my favourite of the two. Tonight, our taste buds embarked on a delightful journey at Pitcher and Iron, and it was an experience worth savouring. We couldn't resist the allure of their decadent waffle desserts, and oh, what a treat it was!

We opted for the Belgium waffle with the Liege base, and it was like biting into a soft, brioche-like cloud. My favourite, however, was the extra scoop of Speculoos ice cream that crowned our waffle masterpiece. It was nothing short of divine!

To complement our sweet affair, we ventured into their Speculoos Latte territory, and we boldly requested extra coffee. The result? A rich, flavorful elixir that danced on our palates, leaving us with smiles as wide as our dessert plates.

Pitcher and Iron is more than just a dessert haven; it's a charming establishment where every visit feels like a warm welcome. The staff exude friendliness and politeness, making us feel right at home.

However, I should mention that Pitcher and Iron's popularity is no secret, and during peak hours, it can get a tad snug. We visited on a bustling Saturday night after dinner, and while the atmosphere was buzzing with excitement, finding elbow room required a bit of finesse. Luckily, we managed to snag parking, which added to the convenience.

This is my favourite waffles place in Perth! I have been going there for the past 2 years & it never gets old. The very kind & cheerful chef "Edwin" who makes the waffles there is the reason why the consistency is perfect every single time. Edwin is a perfectionist when it comes to decorating the plate & making it look like a piece of art on a plate. The staff members there are also very nice & welcoming, and they work so hard to deliver the best quality as fast as possible. When it comes to choosing the waffle base, every person would have their preference. I prefer the Liege dough compared to the Brussels dough as I love its dense inner core and the crunchy outer surface. My favourite waffle flavours there are the Cashewal Affair, Apple Crumble, Spectacular Speculoos, Nutella, and the new Tiramisu flavour is my favourite. Also, I really love their summer / fall special Mango Coconut smoothie drink which is always so refreshing and yummy. All their ingredients & fruits are of high quality and always perfectly combined with the waffles even for the add ons.
