While the variety and customization options were commendable, my dissatisfaction stemmed from two specific instances when I ordered double meat for both meals and received only a single serving in both.
On both occasions, I had explicitly requested and paid for double meat, expecting a heartier meal. Unfortunately, the oversight resulted in a less satisfying experience. My recent visit to this Subway store left me with a highly disappointing customer experience. The staff seemed disinterested in serving, displaying no smiles on their faces. The lack of enthusiasm and poor attitude were evident, making the overall atmosphere less welcoming.
To add to my dismay, the order for five subs was handled carelessly, resulting in one of the subs being made incorrectly.
I believe it is essential for the owner to address these issues promptly and provide the staff with comprehensive training.

Husband asked for avocado ($3!) the bucket was empty. The attendant Nicole scraped and scraped at the bucket to get to spread some avocado on the bread. It was scraped so thin! He asked for more and Nicole blank stared at us and then said reluctantly scraped some more. Than I said “I’ll be getting avocado to so you might as well get another bucket and give him a proper serving since its $3?” To which she said “This is the serving”. We asked her kindly again to please give him a better serving, and she refused.
After refusing we left the two footlongs (which in total would have come to $50 with our extras!) all because the attendants were so rude and refused to give a proper serving of what the customers rightfully pay for.
