The Store on Frederick is the Best Kept Secret in Albany until we discovered it This is a follow up review from my previous review to let everyone know that again it has rated * as the Eggs Frederick (see photos) is the best. Tea choices galore and homemade cakes and muffins. The owners are Passionate foodies and it shows. Always busy. The Best food and Staff in town and great location. Always a must if you are in Albany. This little cafe has the best ham, cheese & tomato toasties in Albany, in my humble opinion. My partner & I like to take our Moodle (Tilly ) & sit at the outside tables. The staff always provide a treat for our adorable dog & ensure that water is available for her without any prompting. Cannot hype this quaint cafe enough. More than anything else, we went back for the warm hospitality and the service by the two lovely ladies. Exceptional breakfast with fresh ingredients. The Turkish chicken sandwich, vego breakfast, florentine eggs, ham and cheese croissant and Frederick’s eggs would be our recommendation. Really good blueberry smoothie too.
