Most of the recent reviews in the previous 3 months are mostly fake with relations either to the owner, to an employee, or an employee of the business. Ever since the handing over of the business from Kate and Lisa to this new owner the business has gone down hill. The food quality is poor and the health standards of this place are lacking. The food is occasionally served cold and can sit on top of the oven for quite a while before you pick up your order, as I have seen this happen when I was waiting for my own order. The kitchen even from a distance is visibly dirty and the bathroom has clearly lacked being cleaned for who knows how long. The owner claims that the dough is made freshly but you can see the dough sitting either out or in the fridge having been made who knows how long before the shift, could be on the day or the dough from the day before. The staff do not change gloves often adding risk for cross contamination and health risks for those who have allergies. I have even seen employees and the owner not use gloves to try and push out the orders as fast as possible which is a serious health concern. The floor within the dining area is dirty and the tables are often not wiped after someone has left which is very disappointing. There has also been a few occasions where my friends have gotten hair within their food.

I have witnessed staff defrost items on top of the oven and then put it back into the freezer/fridge, I cannot tell what it is, after not needing it which is seriously dangerous especially if the food has been frozen because it is close or past best before dates. Adding to this point, I have had the Florentine with the spinach leaves and they were out of date; the bag which the employee took the leaves out of to put on my pizza had liquid in it and some of the leaves were black and wilted clearly being out of date. The ingredients within the little tubs which they take out to use are also visibly old with onions being brown and chicken sitting in liquid ect. I have witnessed employees sniff the containers and put them back in which makes me hesitant on eating the ingredients they put on the pizza's.

The pizza quality in general is lacking in flavour and quality. Prices are high for a pizza which tastes exactly like a domino's pizza or worse. The pizza's have cheese piled on top which causes the ingredients to be overshadowed by grease and cheese flavours. The consistency between orders varies quite a significant amount, one day I can get a decent amount of ingredients then the next I get mostly cheese.

I used to seriously enjoy this place with the previous owners, and I have thought deeply about writing this review and decided it would be best to write one about my experience.

I am unhappy that I have had to leave this review. I have been coming to this place for years and would hate to see it shut down but in its current state, sadly I must admit it should be. From a local community member please fix this place, I'm heavily disappointed in the direction it is...

If I could give 0 stars I would. ordered pizza at 16:15 and delivery was estimated to be at 16:45 when it wasn't I was thinking fair enough they only opened at 16:30 so I was expecting it to take longer. I was not expecting 90 minutes. Then I called and asked where it was and was told it would be there in 15 minutes and the manager advised me 'like I told you' I had not spoken to him at any point previously. Pizza came we said something to the driver and he basically told us he didn't care. Rang the manager again to discuss this and was told he wasn't apologising as he told us it would be there in 15 minutes and it was mind you I had to call him after 90 minutes to ask where the hell it was so no mate it didn't arrive in 15 minutes. I received no courtesy of being called and told it was running late. The delivery driver employed by them allegedly didn't show up until 5:30 but I was not notified of this while waiting the 90 minutes with hungry kids. I understand things happen and I would have not given this review if I wasn't treated with such amazingly poor...

This evening, I purchased a New York and a Supreme pizza from Tippy's. The quality of the pizzas was commendable for the price, leaving me quite satisfied and likely to return for another enjoyable and affordable meal in the future. However, despite the overall positive experience, there was a notable concern with the timing of my order. I had scheduled my pickup for 7:30 PM, but upon arriving early at 7:13 PM, I found my pizza already prepared, boxed, and waiting on the oven for collection. While this meant no waiting time for me, it also suggested that the pizza had been made significantly ahead of the arranged time, risking it becoming cold and potentially soggy.

While some may overlook this, for a professional pizza establishment, this oversight in timing reflects a lack of commitment to quality that is both lazy and disappointing.
