Paper Cup — Restaurant in South Fremantle

I drove from Perth to pick up some organic supplies from Peaches Food market, one of the best organic suppliers in Perth. Rumour has it they also own PaperCup Cafe? I won't be going back to PaperCup Cafe ever again. I was there middle of last week there were 2 customers and 2 staff. The barista took a coffee order from a customer, l waited to be served while she made the coffee ,no big deal. Another staff member, blonde girl walks in ,past me standing right up at the counter ,proceeds to engage the customer waiting for his coffee completely ignores me. In fact she doesn't even acknowledge me. The barista makes his coffee serves him his coffee then comes over to serve me, l did make the comment that for a minute l thought l was invisible and she laughed !?. It appears the blond worker is only there to serve food to the tables and talk to customers, the Beef and merlot pie was delicious , my coffee was insipid just bland yuk . Why is it when you order coffee in a takeaway cup it's like a licence to totally annihilate the coffee . Is it because the customer doesn't get to see it ??.?! Weak coffee and rude service. Went in this morning to get order I usually get every day in the city at various quality cafes before work. Went next door to do some shopping and when I came back to collect they had given my coffee to someone else. Got another one then had to go back because it was way too weak. Was told it was because their coffee doesn’t taste as strong as other places. Was told to order a small mac next time with less milk. Paid $8 for a poor quality, stale sausage roll, which was heated in the microwave for too long. Would have returned it but I was already home when I ate it. Disappointed and wish I hadn't eaten it because now I feel a bit yuck in the gut. And some general feedback, I've seen your responses to other negative reviews, and notice that your tone can be a bit defensive and accusatory at times, even accusing one of reviewer of tarnishing your reputation. These responses can invalidate your customer's experience.
