Worst maccas I’ve ever been to. It’s dirty everywhere and the toilets are disgusting. Went tonight at 10pm but I placed an app order at 9:55pm, ordered a wrap in a meal with coffee. I got order at 10:25pm, my order number was 124, guess who got served before me, 138, I was patient and waited cause I see it was a bit busy but why the hell would you skip cue? Like what’s the point of having numbers if you’re just gonna serve whoever anyways? When I was there a worker made his family’s order when they just ordered at 10:20pm, giving them free fries, drinks and 6-10 sauce packets for 6-piece nuggets (and yes I watched as the worker did this in front of me), I finally had enough at 10:25pm and asked how long it was going to take, the food was ready but the drink wasn’t, they left my food to get cold while making the drink . I was pissed and it should not take 25mins for a fast food place to get orders out. I can go into a restaurant and wait the same amount of time and would probably get my order faster. Order 121 had to ask for a refund because they gave his order and everything was just tossed in, chips upside down, burgers got unwrapped and they got mad at him for asking for it to be remade again. I’ve been to this maccas numerous times in a week as I work not so far from it. It’s by far the worst maccas I’ve ever been to, the chips are always stale and I go to this place at about 10pm at night, where there’s no many people unless on a weekend. The staffs are rude and unhelpful. I went again yesterday and order a simple cheeseburger meal and coffee at around 10pm, yes it was quite busy but my order number was 121 and they were serving people with order number 127 while I was waiting they even got up to 135, there was a guy before me waiting for 114, we all got similar things. I got my food around 10:10pm but was missing the drink, why wouldn’t hand them together is beyond me, I asked about the drink and the guy working was extremely rude “Wait for it”. I did wait for it but by 10:30pm it was too much, I kindly ask them again about it to which he said “Keep waiting” I don’t think I ever waiting over 20mins for a medium cup of coffee in my entire life. Thank you that one lady that actually was helpful. Everyone had complaint why people with ordering numbers higher than theirs are getting served first. Highly unprofessional. worst experience ever. we waited half in the drive through (it wasn’t busy there were about 2 other cars) until someone finally served us, we ordered and waited yet another 20 minutes before we got our order which was just a single chocolate frappe. when we were handed the frappe it was an incomplete drink with no whipped cream or chocolate sauce, we asked for it to be added and waited yet another 20 minutes for the worker to come back with one squirt of watery whipped cream, no chocolate sauce. we then asked for the chocolate sauce and he took yet another 10 minutes to come back with a single drizzle of chocolate sauce. i tried the drink before we left and it was watery and disgusting so we asked for a refund and we’re giving the wrong amount first up, then we asked for the correct change and got it. as we were driving away we were verbally assaulted by the car behind us for “holding the line up” when it was clearly the fault of this maccas. Come to find out when i drove all the way home that they gave us the wrong change AGAIN with dirty damaged money that a bank wouldn’t accept and had to drive all the way back for them finally to get it right.
