Best of Best — Restaurant in Bad Ischl

This was our second visit to the restaurant. We came back to the same restaurant as we had a good experience last time however this time we went in the evening and had many issues regarding our expereince. Firstly, we ordered the sichuan chicken. It tasted more like teriyaki sauce with no trace of sichuan. 2.Ordered the pork dumplings and they came in with the top half of dough uncooked. Sent it back and they still brought it uncooked. We were brought the wrong order of beef instead of another dish. Someone was on their laptop or their phone. The employees were not that interested in taking orders or serving them. Overall it wasn't exactly the worst but it was quite unpleasant.

Something they can work on: Pay proper attention to the guests rather than getting hung up on their personal devices. They could do better with the food. Instead of serving food quickly.

Definitely would not recommend this place be it for the service...

I don’t always leave a review except it’s extremely good or bad. The product control is poor as the sides in same spicy beef are even different for each table. The taste for the other is very odd - not Chinese / Australian flavor. And the boss didn’t have any explanation or apologies for their very bad tasting dish which i and my friend couldn’t swallow. It took the staff forever to clean the table and seat us. Many items were not available despite being in the menu. We ordered two most common dish and waited for more than 1 whole hour for the food to be ready, only to find both dish are neither authentic nor tasty.
