Ofenfrisch — Restaurant in Bad Ischl

So, my girlfriend politely asked the bartender for a decaf cappuccino and the guy started screaming at us amd sent us to Zauner restaurant and acted insulted an aggressive. I almost called the authorities because of he aggressive style of the bartender.

If he only said they do not sell decaf it would have been completely understandable, but this person was obnoxious from the very first second, after i said 'servus' and he screamed back at me 'hello' as if i did not greet him. It is a shame how someone can behave in such a manner towards clients and especially ladies so i will not delete this comment, moreover, even tho i was a regular client, i will never return there nor will i recommend this place to anyone since that person s attitude was completely barbaric and rude!

Worth the visit. I ordered Bosna, as I am quite a fan of it. It is a simple dish that’s why its execution and the quality of the ingredients matter. I need to add that the portions are bigger than the average Bosna you will find in other places. Tried the Zombie Bosna, which was supposed to be the hottest out of all on offer (and they have quite a range). I was not disappointed especially for Austria where the understanding of very spicy translates to mild or not spicy in other parts of the world. This made me very happy. We had the most amazing food and experience Ofenfrisch. The food was fantastic - we had the Ofenfrisches Brot (vegi burger), XL Würstl, Potato-Chips, and a few beers. The staff was so friendly despite us not speaking German, and the location was also beautiful. Everyone should stop here for a quick, delicious bite and drink! We definitely hope to come...
