At Henry’s in the Vienna airport, level G :
I present a 15 € voucher from AUSTRIAN AIRLINES to HENRY's supervisor which is a partner. But he refuses it because it is checked "Arrivals" while its restaurant is located at the "departures".
AUSTRIAN AIRLINE had just checked "Arrivals" to help me find a place to eat on arrival. Nothing contractual as their voucher is valid in all AUSTRIAN AIRLINES partners restaurants throughout the Vienna airport for 24 hours.
But the supervisor did not want to know. So I started eating my pasta dish with the €15 voucher because I knew he was wrong.
So, he kicked me out of his restaurant - I had to eat standing up in front of all customers - then, he stole my drink and he called the police to tell them that I'm a thief. So, 2 policemen arrived. He took out from his cash box a 20 € ticket (for an unweighed plate of pasta !) and demanded that I pay.
I asked the 2 policemen to accompany me to the AUSTRIAN AIRLINES customer service desk because I was challenging the procedure. And there, they learned that my voucher was valid and should not have been refused.
So, the hotesse of the company was kind enough to accompany me to the supervisor at HENRY to explain that my voucher was correct and ask to get a refund.
But guess what? This guy was so upset to have lost face, he refused to give me my 20 € back arguing that his boss was absent. With his smile taunting, he told me to make a claim in writing (as in administration). That’s why I started writing. Too bad if he gets fired. He could have chosen to be less stubborn...

Read moreI had a disappointing experience at Henry shop in Vienna airport. The lady employee who assisted me, and wore black spectacles, was extremely rude and racist. When I asked for assistance to get rid of some coins as I was leaving, she repeatedly insisted that the amount was not enough, even though it was sufficient. This made me feel unwelcomed and uncomfortable.
Furthermore, the employee made discriminatory remarks, which were offensive and humiliating. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect regardless of my race, ethnicity, or any other personal characteristic.
I hope that the management takes immediate action to address this incident and ensures that all employees are trained to provide customer service in a respectful and professional manner. Customers should not be subjected to such unpleasant experiences, and I hope that this will not happen to anyone else in the future.

Read moreI was so excited to eat here because I've never eaten a 5.50€ slice of bread with cheese on it or had I eaten a 3€ pain au chocolat and I've definitely never drank a 4€ coffee so as you can imagine the anticipation was palpable.
Sadly however I was most disappointed after having consumed the 12+€ bounty I was astonished to find that they in fact all just tasted like their cheaper counterparts.
After the whole Austrian airport experience getting strop marched through mandatory duty free shops like an Ikea for chumps.
