Burger Factory — Restaurant in Graz

This small burger venue is a little out of the way, but other positive reviews made me put that extra effort to get there (it is about 25mins walk from the centre of Graz, but it is also not too far from various bus routes). I am glad I did- the burgers are fantastic. I had the blue cheese one with fries (also excellent) and a coke. The burger came medium-rare which may not be what some of you expect if you are used to fast food burgers, but this is great- go on try it. The portion size is a bit large (I did not finish my chips, so maybe share a portion of fries unless you are hungry), but this is hardly a serious problem. Note- the evening I was there, the staff did not speak any English, but they only sell burgers, and the menu has enough English words that my lack of German was not a problem- I got everything I wanted, as I wanted it, with a few mimes. Also note there is no air conditioning- this is not a problem for most of the year, and they have some ourdoor tables for when it might be (good luck getting one though- outside was packed and inside was mostly empty when I went). They take cash and cards. If you like a good burger- go on and visit, you won't regret it. I will go again if I find...

Unfortunately, we could only arrive just before the kitchen was closing but the staff was kind enough to still let us order. Their commitment for a great service was only topped by the quaility of their ingredients.

Everything is homemade and locally sourced; this is reflected in every bite of their food. I can keep talking about the burgers further, but I’ve found that the quality of a burger place depends on how they treat their fries & their sides.

I ordered their fries and onion rings and their crispiness is nothing short of immaculate. The batter of the onion ring is crispy and flavourful while you still can taste the onion inside. And their fries are crispy, yet fluffy on the inside. The sides are so great, you don’t need sauces to “mask”...

It’s the 3rd time we were passing Graz and it’s the 3rd time we went to this restaurant. And I can tell without a doubt - it’s the best burger restaurant I have been in.

Burgers, whichever you take, are amazing and super delicious. Potatoes (sweet and regular) are fried ideally, cheese on potatoes - out of this world. Everything is just super delicious and I cannot recommend everything more.

Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful (every single time), no matter if there are lots of people or just a few. They greet you with the smile

Will definitely come back again and will need to come back again as will be coming back from Italy to Lithuania.
