This is my dear friend’s favorite coffee shop in Graz, and I totally understand why. Not only is their coffee strong and smooth, and their food delicious, but it’s such a nice place to hang out.

There’s indoor and outdoor seating, and we sat near the window to be able to look outside and people watch. It was so pleasant.

I also loved the baristas made a little smile face art on the latte I ordered. It was so good, smooth and tasty. They had a little bar where you could add sugar and some flavorings to the coffee (my American self very appreciated this). They even had chocolate powders.

Last, the bagel sandwich was YUM. A poppyseed bagel with pesto, tomato, spinach and egg, so fresh and delicious. They had a lot of tempting baked goods and...

The food and coffee are good, although the prices are on the higher side. Unfortunately, my experience with the service was very disappointing. One staff member was extremely unfriendly and unwilling to address a simple issue: I had forgotten to request one stamp for my coffee card—a single stamp among nine overpriced coffees.

I know for a fact that other customers in similar situations have received the stamp without any problems, but it seems that, for this specific employee, understanding or fairness depends on whether you speak German. This left me feeling unwelcome and undervalued as a customer.

It’s a shame, as I used to enjoy coming here, but I can’t recommend a place where I don’t feel treated with...

From the atmosphere to the overall look of the coffee place, they are both spectacular and you certainly won't make a mistake by stopping here. Service unmatched and energetic, something not seen regularly. Their vibe is unmatched and that just adds another layer to the experience. The coffee...oh my goodness is it good. I thought it would be like every other coffee, but that is not the case. All in all you won't make a mistake by going here, and to me the prices are acceptable for such an experience :)

P.S you might have difficulty parking a bike since there is no place to park it apart from the fence that is on the other side of the cafe....

A disgrace. I ordered an americano with oat milk. The coffee came with floating bits that basically means the milk is old, expired and breaks down. I showed it to the barista. She argued with me that it is supposed to look this way. She called her managerm who also argued with me. Eventually they made a new coffee with soya milk. It was even worse but I didn't feel like arguing again. I add pictures to prove my point. One is the coffee- the second shows the revolting foam that I fished out. They both got me to question myself so I tated the coffee. It was awful

Lovely place, I am spending here a lot of time lately and really love the atmosphere, the drinks and the music too! The only downside are vegan options. While you can find something like two vegan options per meal here, if you come here everyday like I am doing lately, you will soon get bored with the options because you will be taking the same thing every time. But it is still a good place for vegans too. For sure, I recommend the Veganito treat, which is so good.
