Update: Der Chef des Lokals hat mich angerufen und sich aufrichtig entschuldigt, dass die Bestellung so daneben gegangen ist. ich bekomme eine Ersatzlieferung. Ich freue mich, dass die Reklamation ernst genommen wurde und auch mit dem Personal darüber gesprochen wurde. Danke dafür!

Pizza bestellt und echt schwer enttäuscht. Pizza kalt, eine verbrannt, eine teilweise noch roh (wirkt als ob die zweite aufgewärmt wurde. ). Dazu nicht der Beschreibung entsprechend , der Durchmesser betrug gerade mal 24 cm nicht mal 1 Euro wert, geschweige den 10,00. Bei der telefonischen Nachfrage zur Bestellung und dem Versuch, eine Reklamation abzuwickeln, wurde mir nur mitgeteilt, es sei niemand mehr da, er als Mitarbeiter könne nix machen.
