Molly Malone Irish Pub — Restaurant in Graz

I ordered a single burger quite simple with some cheese and bacon. After 40 minutes, they brought me the burger of another customer. When I notified the waitress, she simply took back the hamburger she'd just placed on the customer's table in front of us, changed the coupons and gave it to me. I went back to my table, checked the burger again and it still wasn't mine. I took it back to the employee, who simply implied that I'd made a mistake with my own order and didn't know what I'd ordered. We checked the order forms together. All my table's forms were in the basket, except mine. They simply lost mine.

The only option was to do a new order and to wait another 40 minutes while everyone at my table were already served and had already finished their meal.

We were not the only table having to deal with this kind of incompetence. The table next to us (3 ladies) had also their whole order all messed and a guy not far from us got a burger instead of the pizza he ordered (at the end he kept the burger because he was tired of waiting, hungry and his friend had already been served and finished his meal for 20 minutes or more).

Avoid this place like a plague, unless you are looking for some...

Hard to say.... It's pretty normal I guess but at least for me I thing I will not go again, in the entrance is the smoking area, super disgusting all stinks I had to crossed to reach the non smoking area, that by the way Is extra small like 6 tables, so I guess if you don't smoke like me this is not your best option.

Other than that the music is normal. The service was good, but for me after 1 drink was enough to go to another bar!

Maybe you should consider tu put couple extractors for the mega smoke in there. That may help, and if you have it well.... they are not...
