Schäffners at Tummelplatz — Restaurant in Graz

The 26th of october at 09:00 p.m. this happened to us. Me and my boyfriend sat down in a table on the terrace, and we waited for a waiter to take our order. A bearded, 30-ish year-old waiter came and told us that we have to wait for 5 minutes and he would come and take our order, everything ok. Time passed, and after 10 minutes he came and took our order, 2 large beers. We never saw those beers, and we sat there for half an hour waiting for the waiter to give us our drinks. We told three more times the same waiter that we were waiting for the beer, and his response was that he had the beerst noted down, and he would being them to us soon. Last time, when we saw that he was attending peoole that just sat dow 20 minutes after us, we told him again that we have been waiting for our beers for half an hour, and he told us that he ordered them to the kitchen but couldn't bring them to us (which is a lie because more peoole ordered beers after us and got them). Finally, after complaining that all the tables were attended and we were waiting there for half an hour just for two beers, he justo laughed and left the tables, which we found really rude, so we left the place with no beers and after half an hour. Don't recommend this place at all, at least...

Was visiting my Austrian friend and they recommended this place but we had an awful experience. We sat down and no one greeted us or came to ask us what to drink, during that time my friend got cut by one of the chairs outside, when asking for a first aid kit, they said they don’t have one even though by law they have to have one, they made a joke that said sounds like wrong shoes. Very rude, my Austrian friend had to go back in and demand a bandaid,...

The man that was waiting this morning was absolutely amazing. He was super attentive and kind and helpful. He made me feel very comfortable and right at home to relax and enjoy my coffee.

The menu for food is limited, but covers everything you might want for breakfast fare. I got a caprese bagel and it was amazing.
