As a regular visitor to the Martin Auer Kindercafe in Graz, I can't help but rave about their incredible coffee. Even though I don't have kids, I enjoy stopping by this gem of a cafe to grab a cup to go. Their attention to quality and taste is evident in every sip.

I went there with my Baby who is not yet walking by himself but crawling and after only a minute on the floor his pants, hands and socks were extremely dirty. The floor unfortunately is filthy. In the middle of the room is a large table for the kids with toys and books which is a nice idea, but again everything is dirty. The room was uncomfortably warm. Coffee was good as well as...

Leider bin ich immer noch sehr enttäuscht über die heutige Erfahrung… ich stehe ewig in der Schlange, Handy vorbereitet mit zweifachem impfnachweis und zusätzlich einem pcr Test. Als die Kundin vor mir dran ist, fällt das Handy aus, lässt sich nicht hochfahren. Die Kellnerin schnauzt mich an, dass ich so nicht bestellen darf. Verständlich ohne Nachweis. Selber schuld dass ich alles am Handy habe und nicht am Papier… Aber wie es die Bedienung gesagt hat, war einfach richtig unfreundlich. Ich muss auch laufend Tests kontrollieren, (finde es auch wichtig und gut, dass gut kontrolliert wird), allerdings bieten wir immer kundenorientiert Hilfestellung an wie einen Selbsttest vor Ort oder eine Möglichkeit das Handy kurz aufzuladen, dass es wieder funktioniert - muss natürlich nicht sein, aber dann wäre zumindest einfach eine freundliche Reaktion angebracht.
