Basic Hotel Breakfast — Restaurant in Innsbruck

We recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with our family during our vacation in Innsbruck, and it was a fantastic experience! The room was spacious, and our kids absolutely loved it, especially the balcony. The view from the balcony was breathtaking – perfect for relaxing with a drink and taking in the beautiful mountain scenery.

When we arrived early, we tried our luck with an early check-in, and the receptionist was not only friendly but also accommodating. She kindly allowed us to check in early since our room was ready, and we were also given the Innsbruck Welcome Card, which was a lovely bonus for our stay.

The hotel lift was a bit small (just enough for 2 adults, 2 kids, and 2 medium-sized bags), but it wasn’t a major issue. Our room was located on the 3rd floor and had two double beds. It was very comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The indoor balcony with stunning mountain views made the room even more special.

Breakfast was fresh and delicious, though the selection wasn’t extensive, but we had no complaints. The staff truly made our stay memorable – they were always friendly, helpful, and thoughtful. One staff member even noticed that we were standing on the wrong side of the bus stop and rushed out to point us in the right direction. It was these little touches that made us feel well cared for.

Overall, this hotel provided a basic yet extremely enjoyable experience. It’s perfect for families, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Innsbruck.

It was a horrible experience. Not recommended at all. The room was very dusty and the breakfast was below average. I wrote my review in booking and I got a very rude and disrespectful response from them. I will copy paste one out of many unprofessional responses I got from them at the end of my comment. They were fighting me because of my review, what a very disrespectful way of talking to guests. The AC is programmed to be turned off every few hours and that was very annoying at night. Even the kids weren’t safe from their rudeness. They were pointing that my kids were noisy, which is not true, as we leave the room early morning and comes back around 9pm very exhausted and sleeps right away. They were telling me over and over again that they gave it to me in a cheap price, I believe they are the ones who fixed the price not me. And I paid it in full it was not a charity from their side. Over all, not recommended very bad facility and unbelievably rude management.

Their message to me is “we booked parking place for you, gave you one of the best rooms on top of the house - and you complain like this? You stayed 2 nights - why do you not complain anything at the desk. The team is always at your disposal? Side fact: Your neighbours complained about you ref the noisy children. But we did not said anything and organized an other rooms this guests. At the end: a survey like this. It is much easier to talk to us!!!! We can help everytime. Very sad! and do not forget: you booked the BASIC Hotel - the cheapest possibility for 4...

Travel to Innsbruck town with families last week and booked this hotel for 2 nights. Arrived early so try our luck for early check in. Receptionist was nice and pretty, she let us check in early since our room was ready. They even provide us the Innsbruck Welcome Card since we spend 2 nights here. Hotel lift was quite small, just fit 4 persons (2 adults and 2 kids, along with 2 medium size luggage). Our room is on 3rd floor. Room got two double beds and an indoor balcony with stunning view of the mountains. Balcony got a small round table which perfect for drinking and enjoying the beautiful mountains view. Very comfortable room with all the facilities available. Kids love the room very much. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was provided, not many choices but its fresh and delicious. Hotel's staff was very kind and help us order what we wanted. When we heading to town, their staff even remind us to take umbrella because the weather is getting dark. Hotel's staff is so careful observation, she notices us stand at wrong side of bus stop, rush out and inform us about it. We really love this Basic Hotel very much. Very Basic and much love. Really...
