I have previously reviewed this location higher, but recent visits have forced me to reduce the rating.

I love the drinks, they are usually consistently tasty and well made; however, whenever I order no-ice or less sugar, they never fulfill the order accurately.

My biggest issue is that I am disappointed by the customer service. The last two visits have made me feel as though the counter girls are unprofessional and willing to make fun of guests, which is never a good idea.

My German is not perfect and one of the cashiers made fun of my accent DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF ME!! to a coworker. I was standing there in disbelief and really wondered, how dumb can you be to make fun of a customer in front of them?? She mocked my accent and my order and when I made eye contact with her, she looked extremely embarrassed because she got caught. She didn’t say anything, when she should have apologized. It was so unprofessional and uncomfortable, I wanted to just ask for a refund and leave.

For this reason, I will sadly have to switch all of my future orders to the Ichiban Tea shop or Bubble Tea shop in the city center, which are both better locations anyway.

We ordered our lunch from there today when we were craving for Asian food. The delivery arrived in good time but not in so good condition to be honest.

They kept the warm beef and cold sushi together. Therefore, the sushi was also warm when the food arrived 🤷‍♀️And one piece of sushi was opened (I guess probably because of heat) 🤷‍♀️ Moreover, the packaging was leaking and everything was very sticky around for this reason. I think they should consider using better take-away boxes 📦 or just be more careful. Other than that, the Sichuan beef we ordered was delicious. I cannot say anything about sushi yet because it’s still waiting in the fridge to get colder 🤷‍♀️ Despite all the inconveniences, I’ll give there one more chance to try again for the sake of the taste of the beef 😋

I was in Innsbruck for vacation and thought that Boba would be perfect for a hot day! It was a sad experience for me. I found that the brown sugar tasted very alcoholic and cheap. And the tapioca did not taste fresh. I could not even take more than one sip from my drink unfortunately. Wasted my money and wished it had tasted up to the standards of my normal boba shop.

I give it two stars because at least my husband‘s strawberry smoothie with no boba tasted alright. And the atmosphere was nice.

But I would probably never come back to this shop.
