The old two waitress where very discriminatory because we were the only people who werent asian there, they ignore us multiple times, even though clearly they could see we were trying to get their attention, their body language clearly was showing that one of them didnt want to take our order at all. both of them were spending time in the same table, even though you could see it was not need it, while we where just there waiting, until one of them approached us, making signes to the other waitress while the other waitress was throwing a rude smile, we could read the whole situation, very unpleasant and uncomfortable. We order couple of soups, one with noodles and the other was a “wan tan”/wonton, also we order some dumplings to share which never arrived and instead they asked us if we wanted salad, we said No thank you, but regardless they brought us the “salad” that it was only few pieces of cucumber sliced, then we thought it was on the house for the delay of the dumplings (which they never arrived) and in our surprised they charge us 5,50€ for it. Then when we had to leave, we try again several times to get their attention to ask for our bill, and also some containers to take away for the soup we didnt finish. Then the old lady waitress, first refused to give us any kind of container giving us aggressive attitude even shouting to us saying it was not good to take the soup take away, until the young male waiter approached us seeing the whole situation, and said it was no problem he could give us the container, then the old lady waitress screamed at him something in chinese,(body language again she was not happy and she told him off, very uncomfortable situation), and she decided from not to give us the container to give them to us but charging us 2€ for the containers while to the rest of the people(chinese of course) she was giving then for free. Very discriminatory, rude and low manners old lady, definitely there are thousands better place where to eat with better service. Also to mention, two hours later after eating our belly was hurting, and we are certain it was the food we ate in this...
Read moreAdding up on other reviewers in here, i am not sure why the low scoring of this place.. Firstly, i was in Vienna for an overnight and i spotted this Chinese restaurant before i went for a classical concert at st Anns church... so i stopped by this restaurant for some sake first which was good. Then i went to the concert and back at around 9.15 for dinner. The restaurant closes at 10 so they make everything possible to serve my meal on time. After me , other customers come and they were all served with politeness. Talking about the food, it was great too. I had pork belly on white rice and some prawn dumpling... all so good: the pork was juicy and the rice slightly sticky, just as i like it. The prawn dumpling were served with a sweet chilly sauce which i have fully enjoyed. And because it was too much, they brought me a box for the left overs. Which i had the following day for breakfast 😋 I found them to be very friendly which is a bonus in Vienna as, personality wise, Austrians are not well known for their welc9ming and friendly attitude. I highly recommend this place and i would go again...

Walked in and immediately felt like an uninvited guest at a distant cousin’s birthday party. That being said, we were seated before I could even awkwardly back out, and drinks were in hand faster than I could say “MSG.”
The prawn crackers? More of a prawn ration—and they came with a side of soy sauce that was so watered down it must have done time in witness protection. The baozi was a decent effort—fluffy on the outside but drier than a fortune cookie message on the inside. Tasty enough, but freshness wasn’t exactly its strong suit.
For the main, I went for the beef in black bean sauce. It kicked off strong—deep, savoury, and promising. But like an overlong karaoke session, the excitement wore off fast, and by the end, I was just politely chewing my way through.
Overall? A perfectly fine Chinese meal, but if you're looking for a culinary adventure, this might feel more like a scenic detour. Worthy of its solid 3-star rating—nothing to rave about, nothing to complain too much about....
