Most awful experience ever: you're not allowed to eat their ice cream at their own tables.

Long story short: we bought ice cream for 3 persons, went outside at a table to enjoy it and a rude waitress started shouting soon enough that we cannot stay at the table if we do not order a coffee or something from her, basically kicking us out. These were the words, after spending almost €20 for 3 ice creams.

Awful customer experience since Ferrari Gelato moved to the new address. We've always thought that it's a good place to cool yourself and have an ice cream there, plus they always had queues of customers waiting before. But not anymore.

We went there to have an ice cream in the middle of the day. It was empty inside and the place had a strange feeling attached to it like this, but we decided to get an ice cream for each of us (three persons). After spending almost €20, we decided to go outside with the ice cream and enjoy it at their terrace tables. Right after we sat at a table out of all that were free, a lady comes shouting at us if we are going to buy something from her, maybe a coffee, otherwise we cannot sit there. We were all left like ":|" after being directly told to leave their tables where we were eating their products.

Incredible. Of course, our mood went down just like a brick hits the floor. Or how their cones hit the trash. They made us feel like we were the last persons in the world and we ended up throwing the ice cream away, after it was also dripping a lot of water.

Everything's changed, since they move to a new location. This is for sure far far away from an italian behaviour or experience you'd expect.

Another minus: the ice cream started to melt really bad just 10-20 seconds after it being handed over to us; it seemed to contain a lot of water. Definitely not what...

I liked my first visit there a few days ago and wanted to try many dfferent sorts so i ordered the most expensiv bag.I was surprised,when they told me only 3 sorts are possible.The taste at least from the three i got(Pistazie,fragola,,rasperry)was quite good.The only bad aftertase was initiated by the small seize of the cup and maybe i wrong them,but all in all it looked a bit "dirty".Still my rating can go up,when i have tried more ice there.The ice for itself would probably already have 4 stars.

I went there a few times more.The fruitice,especially rasperry is one of the best i know,fragola is also good and the new papayaice also a small dream.The creamice is not so mine in general and i think the expensiv price a bit overestimated there.

Its always depending which sort you like and also the day you buy it.I know some icesaloons in italy where the ice has a much fresher taste.I am looking forward to the day when they have 5-8 sorbeesorts in the shop. My actual rating would be between 3...

Ice cream is amazing, service from the staff working there unfortunately - POOR! I bought the ice-cream inside, and since it was a nice weather I chose to sit outside in the garden. Few minutes before I was about to leave, one of the ladies working there approached me, and was very unpleasant! She told me I can't eat ice-cream outside, because I bought it inside. I said: "why didn't someone tell me that before I bought the ice-cream?" And she said "it's written all over the place"... SHE PRACTICALLY MADE ME LEAVE!😡 If you ever choose to go there, pay attention, if you want to see where it is written, you're gonna need a magnifying glass.

IT HAS NEVER HAPPENED TO ME BEFORE, THAT SOMEONE WORKING IN AN CATERING FACILITY MAKES ME FEEL BAD AND UNPLEASANT, AS IF I DID SOMETHING WRONG, JUST BY CHOOSING TO SIT OUTSIDE AND WITH THE ICE-CREAM I BOUGHT IN THAT...
