This place used to be a melting pot of local culture, cuisine, and ingenuity. That’s when the creator, Stephan Nguyen ran this place. Then, his Austrian business partner cut him out of his own Vietnamese restaurant and now the place is a shell of what it used to be. Such a damn shame. Didn’t actually eat here as the service was so bad that we finally just left. They lost our order and after retaking it, they still served those who came much later than us the exact times we had reordered. We waited for almost an hour for food and it never arrived. 4 stars despite some downfalls - the mango salad with chicken would have been super nice and fresh if not for the extremely artificial cloying dressing. I had such a craving though it somehow still managed to almost hit the spot. Waiters don't seem super welcoming, service was quite quick and ok though.
