Gelateria Giardino — Restaurant in Vienna

Worst service I’ve ever received in my life. The girl gave me and my mom attitude when we asked to try more than 1 ice cream flavor (even though it was only my mom who tried one flavor and I was just asking to try one afterwards). When we decided to go somewhere else because of rude service and politely started to leave, the boss decided to tell us to F off in Italian. Shocked how a place like this is still open with this extreme lack of professionalism and common courtesy, my only explanation is that their cheap prices are what’s keeping them still...

Fantastic selection of Gelato. You can either order for take away or sit on their terrace and have a proper massive cup of blissful ice cream. My only 2 points are that they have no gluten free cone option for all us who cannot have a normal one. The other point is that if you order takeaway. There's only 3 benches to sit on sight by the bin. I wish I would have known this and I would have rather ordered to the table and sat down. But besides that... Great gelato! Mango, Lemon and Raspberry...

In the summer you can get amazing gelato ice cream here. In the winter however, this place becomes a little Italian pizza restaurant. We went to get some pizza, because we live nearby, and honestly didn't expect much, because it's such a small place. It actually was the best pizza I've tried in Vienna. The smell, the olive oil on top, and most imporantly, the crust and dough. It's different than most other I've tried in Vienna. Definitely worth a visit if...
