We decided to have a group outing at the restaurant. The food was okay, but the service? Truly unforgettable. I had reserved tables for about 18 people two weeks in advance and even visited beforehand to confirm everything. At that time, a friendly lady showed us a separate space and promised it would be kept for us.
But after our arrival: the guy in charge of seating decided that, no, we definitely didn’t need our promised space and should all be squeezed together.
Since two of us were arriving later, he told me that table was no longer available, and keep doubting that if there is really people coming. After he confirmed there is two people coming, as planned, he reacted poorly upon realizing that ONLY TWO people would be seated there (a table which is capable for 4 people).
It really felt like their main goal was to maximize discomfort and to have more table available. Oh, and as a bonus, just after we arrived at 18:30, we were informed we could only eat until 20:40, BTW, there is no time limited mentioned in the menu (they should have wrote it).
