Kaiser Sausage Stand — Restaurant in Vienna

No basic hygiene rules! The guy who was serving people used his bare hands to handle money, his phone, scrarch his belly and pick his nose, even clean around the trash can and then never washing the hands it will handle your bread and sausage with bare hands. Is disgusting, I watched like 10 minutes of him serving like 20 costumers and it never used gloves, a napkin or washed and he even sneezed in his palm then grabbed a piece of bread! I’ve eaten 100’s of hot dogs & sausages in my life, but this version was fantastic!

I had what was called a hot dog, but was in actuality a Brat w/cheese forced vertically into a cylindrical roll, that has its middle scooped out and then the toppings get drizzled in around the brat. Very unique presentation. If you get what’s called a Bosna Dog, that looks to be more like a traditional hot dog laid into a traditional hot dog bun/bed.
