McDonald's Wien — Restaurant in Vienna

This was one of the worst McDonalds experiences Ive ever had. As a Brazilian that travels around the world, who speaks fluent English and Spanish…. as soon I said Hi, I was mocked by employees who greeted me sarcastically and then spoke to each other in Arabic while laughing at me and my daughter. I ordered two bacon cheeseburgers to go, but when I got back to my hotel, I found they had intentionally given me sandwiches with no patties and no bacon. I never play this card but this treatment felt racist, xenophobic, and humiliating. Completely unacceptable from a global brand like McDonalds….avoid this location...

Food here was in different taste from actual McDonald's. I ordered barbecue wings where the pieces are small and too pricy. This place dont have wc 🚾 or sitting chairs. So, this place is not for people who would like to spend quality time with their loved ones. If you go in person, it's a small and cramped venue. The times I have been the staff weren't friendly and half the things I wanted, they didn't have or couldn't provide. The things they did have were half-heatedly made. (things like cheese not being melted etc.) On top of that it took for ever to get the order. 3 times I have tried getting delivery from there and all 3 times it was a disaster.
