Here as some details regarding my experience at the restaurant: they told us that won't do takeaway because we're supposed to experience the atmosphere of the restaurant unfriendly staff after seeing menus online, we noticed that everything was 4-5 euros more expensive than a month ago we waited for 50 minutes for our food, 20 for drinks when we tried to order water from the menu, they said that they don't have any (not even tap water¿¿¿ seems like they wanted us to spend more not gonna lie) we ordered soda instead and the waiter spilled half of my beverage on the table and did not clean it up or provide us with tissues until we found him and asked for some 20 minutes later since we realized he wasn't coming back we ordered 2 pizzas, both of which arrived burnt, with barely any cheese or toppings, it was mostly watery tomato sauce (it seemed like they were going for the neapolitan style but after living in italy for 11 years i can confidently say that this was not it). -When asked if i was finished with my food i proceeded to tell him that i couldn't eat the burnt parts left on the plate since under the slices was burnt too (not just the crust). He then said that most people like it burnt and i could've just asked for another one and they would've made it quickly and easily, then i told him i wouldn't have wanted to wait 40 more minutes for a pizza... plus even if i wanted to say something in the beginning, he was nowhere to be found... we told the waiter we'd be paying with card in advance yet when the time came, he said that the POS wasn't working and told us to go to an atm ~20 mins away. We walked and came back empty handed since it wasn't working. So then he tried with the card again, it seemed like either he pretended that the POS wasn't working on purpose for cash or that he genuinely didn't know how to type the sum of the bill so we could pay it. After a few tries, he typed the amount of money we had to pay in the POS instead of keeping it on the menu of the restaurant and not inputting anything, like he did before. We finally paid and left. After wasting so much time one of us was late for work... We were excited to try this place out since the aesthetic seemed nice but the service and food unfortunately disappointed us too much to return. I do not...
Read moreSince I have worked as a Neapolitan Pizzaiolo, I have some experience in this matter.
We went there without the NeoTaste discount. Surprisingly they increased the prices in this store by 3 €/pizza. I checked with them online before and even after they did not increase them online but wanted 17 instead of 14 € for a pizza... Then I asked if more garlic on my garlic pizza was possible and was charged 2 € for that without being informed about the cost. The waiter did not even answer me, and the pizza was not even very garlicy. So that was a rip off.
In the end I had to pay 19 € for a pizza, that would have been worth about 12 €, and should have cost me 14 €.
Nevertheless; The pizza was very well made and there were only slight mistakes (like a burned leave of basil and 2-3 burned bubbles). But the rest was very well...
Read moreThis place was a great surprise! The atmosphere is so nice, I loved the design and decoration. The staff is so friendly, funny and passionate, they made us feel so cared. I went for wine and dinner with a couple of girlfriends, one of them is pregnant and they made her an alcohol free drink so she could also enjoy the experience with the rest of us. We tried a couple of different wines, all of them marvelous. We also ordered pizza and in my opinion this is by far the best pizza I’ve had in Vienna so far. I got the Popeye Pie and the combination of flavors were just perfect. I also got to try my friend’s pizzas, they were so tasty. The tomato sauce was delicious. I would highly recommend this place. I’m for sure coming back as soon...
