This was my second visit to this restaurant. The first time Nov 2023 everything was great and I was happy to go to this restaurant again.
I was genuinely disappointed by my experience this time. Service quality has declined in comparison to my previous visit. Something I noted during my first visit was that servers bringing out food weren’t sure which table the food is supposed to go to… Surprisingly this was the case again this time..
We waited 40 minutes between starter and main course, which in my opinion is too long. I wanted to inquire about when the food would be coming but the staff was so busy no one even looked at our table this whole time.
When the main course arrived it was placed on the table and the server ran off, moments later I realized that I had no cutlery and I had to waive someone down to get it. Considering the price point of this restaurant this is not what I expect the service to be.
Generally speaking the food is great, however the risotto I ordered was just not good. It tasted starchy and salty and the texture was just off. When I got asked how the food was I honestly replied that the risotto was bad and that in comparison to the previous time we visited this place this visit has been disappointing. To which I got a response from the server “it’s not my fault”.. and then he left..

Read moreI was desperately searching for an authentic Italian food taste and it's hard if you are searching about authentic food in another country of origin, I have been to many restaurants in Vienna, by far this is the best and why I said it's the best because of the following reasons: This is a real Italian ingredients imported from Italy, what is more impressing is the chef is really dedicated on preparing the food from scratch and you will not find that anywhere, because it takes time and alot of effort that many restaurants are not willing to do because they focus on making more profits but not providing an experience. The chef cooks the food with passion and you can notice that from the presentation of the food and taste. If you cook fresh food it's much healthier, I have always good feeling after eating the food in Radicci. I highly appreciate such efforts and I think the price reflects the quality of the food and the effort the chef puts into. The restaurant has a warm beautiful ambient and good energy, extra benefits for lovers :) another amazing thing there is an Opera singer too working in the restaurant and sings beautifully

Good amount of truffle on top all for a fair price. friend of mine had the lamb raviolo. HUGE stuffed raviolo, paper thin pasta and authentic taste with lots of herbs in it.
