Rasoi — Restaurant in Vienna

I am highly disappointed from this Indian restaurant. I order food at 17:30, during my call for order i mentioned my address very clearly since before i was living on other address.On 19:10 i got a call on my cell that i should open the door but after a conversation of few second it came out that he was standing on my old address. I was very polite and i said to guy that i am sorry you are on my old address please come to my new address. Guy was very rude started to insult me during our conversation. I disconnected call and called to restaurant but it got worst on call, person on call started to abuse me and said that delivery boy is there family member not a worker. I said but still he should talk with respect and not abused me. He was not ready to understand the situation and find solution. Then i got call from delivery boy and he abused me as well. It was too much for me so i disconnected the call and blocked him.

I am Indian and restaurant is also Indian and this whole conversation was in Indian language. If this restaurant can not respect an India then how will they respect people from other nations? They are very unprofessional.

I will not recommend to order food from this restaurant, More over their food is not fresh all the time.

We recently visited Rasoi, hoping for a pleasant dining experience, but it turned out to be quite disappointing.

From the start, the service was subpar. A non-Indian staff member was particularly rude and inattentive. She didn’t provide us with a menu initially, and we had to ask for it when she came to take our order.

After placing our order, we noticed that customers who arrived after us were being served first and even finishing their meals while we were still waiting. After waiting for what felt like half an hour, we called the staff member to check on our food. Her response was shockingly dismissive: “I don’t know. There are many orders. When the cook cooks your food, I will get it.” She walked away without offering any explanation or apology.

After waiting even longer, she came back and asked us, “What was your order again?” It was clear she had completely forgotten our order. After repeating it, the food was served within minutes, proving it had been overlooked the entire time.

Despite this mishap, the staff member remained unapologetic, which added to the frustration. Unfortunately, the food itself was average at best and didn’t make up for the poor service.

A HAIR IN THE MEAL!

Found a big strand of hair in my meal and there was no apology, and no sense of regret from the staff whatsoever. They clearly don’t care.

Yes, I was offered a replacement of the same meal but that’s clearly not enough. What’s important is for them to take it seriously. I wonder what goes on in the kitchen.

When I flagged that this is unacceptable to find hair in the food, the server said, “Have a nice day, thank you!” and just left.

I would strictly advise against eating here.

The food is overpriced for the serve size and tastes very average. The staff not very courteous.
