Restaurant Babylon 3 — Restaurant in Vienna

Authentic Iraqi restaurant with a variety of stews and grilled meat/kebab/chicken dishes. As an Egyptian, I really enjoyed seeing a familiar and rare dish like bamya on the menu, as well as other dishes we also have at home that I really missed.

I really enjoyed my grilled chicken. The chicken is served with salad, as well as some delicious pickles, and rice. We also had konafa at the end, but I forgot to take a photo. It was made with ghee, which made the flavor very authentic and enjoyable, as it is rare to find such good konafa in europe. It was also warm and the cheese pull was so good! I recommend having it with tea.

All being said, the prices for the main dishes are actually quite a steal! only 15€ for a dish like this is so impressive. :)

The ambience of the restaurant was really nice, and the decorations do give off Babylonyan vibes indeed. The portions of the food are generous, and the bathrooms are very clean. 10/10 will definitely visit again when in...

We had delicious dinner last night. The atmosphere was amazing, a lovely oriental flair with enjoyable oriental music.

The waiters were friendly and whenever we needed the gentlemen, they were quick to take orders.

The food was scrumptious! We had the "Babylon's Gemischte Vorspeisenplatte". It was the start of our culinary journey! Everything very delicious and freshly made!

We had the "Babylon Mixed Grill" as a main course! The meat was juicy and well seasoned! As my stomach is very sensitive to chicken, I would have been happy if only the chicken had been cooked a little more thoroughly.

The restaurant is very busy, you might need a reservation!

I was in Vienna with my family and we searched for an authentic restaurant , we became the recommendation to visit this beautiful restaurant, although it was weekend and we came without reservation the staff gave us a place after short time of waiting!! Very welcoming & warm people!

The service was super friendly and attentive! They looked very after cleanliness. You feel very comfortable here!

I don’t know how to describe to taste of the food but it was amazing!!! 😍 specially the starter plate for 4 and the kebab!! Wow! Wow! Wow! Definitely coming back when we are in Vienna!
