Worst experience ever. We waited for more than one hour after ordering food. We asked the servers several times to check our order, but they just ignored it. After all, we found that our order was missing. We went out without having food. All servers and manager were so rude.

Looking at your replies to bad reviews in the past, you just ignored their reviews and pretended the customers did wrong reviews. This is how exactly this restaurant sees the customers. This review is NOT fake. We visited this restaurant on July 31st at around 12:20 pm. We ordered our food to a man in a white shirt. We waited for about 45 minutes and noticed the table next to us, who came about 30 minutes late than us, was served food. So, we asked a serving lady to check our order, and she replied immediately it would come in 5 minutes. After 15 minutes, we noticed another table, who waited only 15 minutes, was served. We asked a man in a white shirt to check our order, but he just said cooking pasta takes a long. But, he did not bring us any other food, including salad and schnitzel that all other tables were served already. We decided to go out without waiting any more. While arguing with a man in a white shirt, we found that our order was missing. He said "I don't know what happened to your order". Speechless, we went out. Missing an order may happen from time to time. But, we were very disappointed and upset because of how they deal with the customers. They ignored and pretended it never happened. We came for cake and coffee. The outdoor seating area was maybe 1/3-1/2 full, but it took the 4 waiters on staff more than 10 minutes to bring a menu, 10 more to take our order. The waiter taking our order was rather unfriendly and looked like he would have preferred us leaving without ordering. 10 more minutes passed before we finally got our order, the cake (traditional Sachertorte) was dry and way too dense. At least the coffee was fine. When it came to paying, we had to wait again for the waiter, before he very rudely asked us to go inside to pay. At least he had not had the audacity to expect a tip for his performance.

Edit: The owner's answers to negative reviews illustrate everything you need to know about this establishment. If you do not take your customers seriously, they are probably better off avoiding you altogether. We visited last weekend and were thoroughly disappointed. Even though the outside seating area was less than half-full, we waited around 10 minutes just to get noticed. Our waiter seemed thoroughly annoyed with us for no reason. After we've had to ask for the menu and wait ten more minutes, we got average coffee and below-average sachertorte, both not ok for the price being asked. After yet another 10-minute wait and having to ask for the check twice, we were told we had to come inside if we wanted to pay with debit card, even though the order processing devices are portable and card-enabled (our waiter just didn't seem interested in carrying his).
