Stormy Sunday — Restaurant in Vienna

Food was good but the service is awful ! We had some benefits with the Vienna city card giving us the right to have some “free food” (we paid the card giving us access to these benefits) When we showed the card to the waiter he started treating us very differently! Even if food was good I couldn’t enjoy it, we were too angry at the waiter, we did our best to say some words in German and that seemed to upset him even more ! When I asked to pay with card it appeared it was impossible (I saw the card reader when I had arrived at the restaurant) when I stood up to find a place in which I could change the money the card reader was all of a sudden available The waiter yelled at us several times, we still kept on being polite. I came to eat here mainly because it was part of a package for the park. The restaurant was pretty empty. The service was okay. The food was as basic as it can be. The schnitzel must be frozen as it tastes like something from the supermarket, the potato salad was just cold slices of potato.
