Türkis - Praterstern — Restaurant in Vienna

This restaurant is very bad and dirty, you can also see dead flies everywhere including(plater cups and many other) one example is the pictured attached. Besides that a lot of the time they don't even get your order right, for example, I asked for a jalapeño pizza with sausage and olives but they gave me no jalapeño also the olives looked much worse aside...

The new lazy service guy used the really cold meat from the tray instead of hot meat freshly sliced from the machine. After a few bites, I realized that he also put almost no meat inside. This was cold salad in a bread. Very bad. Türkis used to be really good, when the old chef was around, it's a shame the new guys don't offer that...

Leider nur Show – aber kein Geschmack. Ich war früher öfter bei Türkis am Praterstern, aber mittlerweile lasse ich es bleiben – und das aus gutem Grund. Das Personal wirkt oft unfreundlich und genervt, von gastfreundlicher Atmosphäre keine Spur. Man fühlt sich eher abgefertigt als willkommen.

Das Essen selbst? Leider enttäuschend. Das Fleisch ist teilweise trocken, das Brot wirkt nicht frisch – und das liegt wohl daran, dass es geliefert und nicht frisch aufgebacken wird. Die Soßen schmecken künstlich und zu fettig, ohne Balance, ohne echten Geschmack. Und dann der Preis: Viel zu hoch für das, was man bekommt. Wenn ich schon 10 € und mehr für einen Teller bezahle, dann erwarte ich auch Qualität – aber das hier ist einfach nicht vertretbar. Für mich persönlich: keine Wiederholung.

Fazit: Wenn du gutes, frisches und fair bepreistes Essen willst, geh woanders hin. Es gibt in Wien genug Alternativen, die besser schmecken, freundlicher sind – und dich nicht mit enttäuschter Miene und leerem Geldbörsel...
