10/10, never again. :)

*Edit: It seems like most of the positive reviews here are because of them offering a yo-yo in exchange for a review (I think kids pressure their parents into getting them yo-yos)

I was here with a group of 5 friends.

The novelty of the rollercoaster delivery system gets old very quickly, especially since it doesn't work. Food gets stuck for 15 minutes average at a time before someone has to manually fix the machine by poking at it with a stick (which can be viewed live on the screen).

We ordered: Custom Sodas: glasses range from 100ml to 300ml, it is fun to gamble with your friends to see who gets more than 4 sips of their beverage (4 - 5 euros) (15 minutes to arrive) Green Tea: it was drinkable (4 euros) (15 minutes to arrive) Baked Chicken Fingers: dry, clearly microwaved, better ones available in the frozen section at Billa (16.49 euros) (20 minutes to arrive) Cheese Burger: 1 teaspoon of sauce, dry beef, slice of cheese, 1 leaf of lettuce ( 18.50 euros) (1 hour 15 minutes to arrive) Creamy Garlic Soup + Cheese Baguette: soup was microwaved to compete with the sun, it was alright after 10 minutes of active venting and blowing, seems like it was just bought from a super market (12.00 euros) (still waiting, will let you know when it arrives) Cocktails: literal sludge in a cup, not sure if it is drinkable (10 euros per) (50 minutes to arrive)

Spoke to the waiter/manager - we were told that the kitchen only has 2 people microwaving the food so wait times of 1 hour for a baguette is expected.

*Edit: Just left, baguette never arrived.

*Edit: For some fun while you and your friends wonder if the waiter forgot half your order, try to guess what each cocktail is in the attached picture (left - pina colada; middle - tequila sunrise; right - mojito)

Go to a fast food chain like Mcds or Burger King for better quality food (and...

Appalling Experience at Rollercoaster Restaurant

I need to vent my absolute fury regarding our recent disaster of a visit to your Rollercoaster Restaurant. It easily ranks as the most horrendous dining experience I've ever had. From the get-go, we barely got a decent greeting and were plonked at a filthy table with a falling-apart curtain. After a persistent struggle, we were reluctantly moved to some far-off corner.

Our drinks and one schnitzel miraculously made it to the table, but it took a whopping 45 minutes for our burgers to join the party! When we dared to question the delay, the response was a rude admission that they had just plain forgotten. To add insult to injury, the server then brought over the wrong people, clueless that we had been relocated.

The unprofessional chit-chat between your staff trying to sort out the mess was an absolute joke. I've never witnessed such incompetence and sheer disregard for customer satisfaction. And let's not forget the absurdity of serving meals in dog bowls and the complete absence of basic stuff like salt and pepper, all while charging a whopping €20 per burger.

I feel compelled to share the cherry on top of our disastrous visit to your Rollercoaster Restaurant. As if the abysmal service and forgettable meal weren’t enough, we were unceremoniously ushered out because, as per your staff, our plates were empty and others were waiting.

Ironically, as we exited, we witnessed a rather unprofessional spectacle: your staff bickering over who would be the lucky soul to take the next break. This bizarre episode served as a fitting conclusion to an evening that will forever be etched in my memory for all the wrong reasons.

But hey at least they have the tagline: it’s fast, it’s...

I honestly don't know where to start. The concept and idea of the place is great and looks really fun and hooks you in immediately when you see the sign in front. HOWEVER the service is suuuuper slow, we waited around 20 minutes for someone to take our order, and it's not like they don't have enough waiters, they just seemed to not really pay attention. We even told one of the waiters that we were waiting to order, he told us he would be right with us and disappeared. It felt like they were waiting for us to just leave... As for the food we didn't order any due to the other bad reviews and we did see how it looks and it really looks like frozen food made in a microwave. Then again all of it is made by a robot, so it's automated and it should be expected I guess, but they should mention this at least. The rails that should deliver the food in front of you also didn't work properly because the food/beverage always stopped a few feet away from us and someone had to get up and push it till it reached the person. This felt a bit disappointing as it's the whole hook of the place. The atmosphere is nice but not amazing and was ruined by all of the above. I would not visit that place again. It's cool but it just doesn't work. If you decide to try it DO NOT order a lot just get a drink or something small to eat to experience the restaurant.
