If youâre a hummus lover, The Hummus Workshop in Vienna is an absolute must-visit! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by a very friendly staff who made sure we had a great experience.
The hummus itself was exquisiteâexactly what youâd hope for from a place that specializes in it. We tried the hummus with lamb sausage and the hummus with mushrooms, both of which were incredibly flavorful and satisfying. The pita bread was exceptionally soft, perfect for scooping up every bit of the delicious hummus. The French fires were homemade, which is not easy to find in Vienna, and this was another great addition to the bites we tasted there! Portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable, making it a great spot for both quality and value.
As a wonderful surprise, we stayed a bit before closing time, and the staff kindly offered us some leftover hummus for freeâa truly generous and thoughtful gesture that made our visit even more memorable.
