If you’re a hummus lover, The Hummus Workshop in Vienna is an absolute must-visit! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by a very friendly staff who made sure we had a great experience.

The hummus itself was exquisite—exactly what you’d hope for from a place that specializes in it. We tried the hummus with lamb sausage and the hummus with mushrooms, both of which were incredibly flavorful and satisfying. The pita bread was exceptionally soft, perfect for scooping up every bit of the delicious hummus. The French fires were homemade, which is not easy to find in Vienna, and this was another great addition to the bites we tasted there! Portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable, making it a great spot for both quality and value.

As a wonderful surprise, we stayed a bit before closing time, and the staff kindly offered us some leftover hummus for free—a truly generous and thoughtful gesture that made our visit even more memorable.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic, high-quality...

We recently discovered this amazing hidden gem, and it instantly became one of our favorite spots. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home.

The highlight of our visit was the fantastic staff. The hospitality was second to none, and we had the pleasure of interacting with who we believe was the owner. They took the time to personally ensure everything was perfect, showing a genuine interest in making our experience exceptional.

The cook, who was super friendly, also deserves special recognition. It was clear that they put their heart into every dish. The food was outstanding – everything was fresh, flavorful, and prepared with the utmost care. The warm pita, in particular, was amazing and complemented the meal perfectly.

If you’re looking for a place that offers high-quality food, a cozy atmosphere, and exceptional service, this is it. It felt like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly...

Absolutely loved the hummus! We lived in Israel for 4 years, ate delicious hummus day and night practically. Today, for the first time I've had really amazing hummus in Vienna at the hummus workshop. The texture (smooth and creamy), the right amount of ingredients, and the temperature (warm) - it just works. I had hummus ratatouille and it felt like eating a delicious sabich sandwich. The pita bread was very good, too. Last but not least we shared the tahini cheesecake - again, perfect texture, not too sweet, and topped with lemon zest. I was in...
