We wanted to try local food and found this place. Upon walking in, you can feel the national atmosphere. It felt like we were walking through the carpet museum again. Truly beautiful decor. The music was nice, as well. The waiter, Emin, was courtesy, kind, and very helpful. I am a vegetarian and occasional pescatarian (on vacations) and he explained which dishes had meat in it. The menu was vast, but the food was delicious and came out quick! We chose a bunch of qutab (flour meal) to try. The mushroom one was the best for me and the meat one for my husband. I had the grilled salmon and egg tomato omelette; my husband ordered lamb kebab and boiled lamb. We also tried the non-alcoholic strawberry mint mojito and pina colada. Definitely a must try place.

We had an amazing dining experience at Firuze Restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious! We ordered the flavorful pilaf, tasty qutab, and the mouthwatering chicken potato dish. Each dish was a delight to our taste buds. If you're looking for fine dining, be prepared for the prices to match the quality, but it's definitely worth it. The restaurant is conveniently located in the heart of Nizami Street, adding to its charm. On July 8th, after breakfast in Seki, we took a bus to Baku. I came without any food or even water on the way, and then we took the bolt from the Baku bus station to the hotel. After checking in, we walked to this restaurant for dinner, ate dinner at Firuze, stopped by a nearby mosque, and then stopped by Crescent Mall to do some shopping, then returned to the hotel and slept. The only thing we ate that day was breakfast at the hotel in Seki and dinner at this restaurant. However, our stomach started hurting early in the morning, and we had several diarrhea, so we had to go to the bathroom several times, and my wife even suffered from severe stomach pain. I think there was a problem with some food in the restaurant that was infected. There was no problem after breakfast, but the problem occurred about 12 hours after our dinner. Due to our flight time, we could not go to the restaurant and complain. We are at the lounge to wait for the flight but are still suffering from stomach aches. The food was good and delicious but I can not give 5 stars.

Самый дорогой ресторан в моей жизни, который стоил мне зуба. В блюде, которое не предполагало наличие костей, попалась маленькая кость, которая при смыкании зубов попала между передними зубами. Один зуб треснул, а через день вообще развалился, другой скололся. В результате поход в данное заведение стоил в общей сложности 350 манат. Сам обед + коронка + ремонт соседнего зуба. Только недавно закончил восстановление зубов. До сих пор не понятно, зачем в небольшом куске куриного филе была оставлена эта маленькая кость. Неужели повар не чувствует кость в мясе? Как минимум он же ее разрезал? Зачем ее там было оставлять? Либо надо было оставить ее целиком, чтобы она была заметна. Ну и в общем по еде - ничего особенного. На ресторан не тянет. Главные блюда более менее, но совершенно обычные. Я не могу сказать, что это уровень ресторана. Шашлык - это вообще провал, невкусный и очень сухой. На десерт брали блины с начинкой, тоже ужасные. Только пиво было нормальным, к нему претензий нет. Сервис обычный. Долго ждали официанта. Но это частая проблема ресторанов - один официант на кучу столов. Интерьер старый. Он и сделан под старину, но он и по факту старый. То есть видно, что ремонта не было давно. Да еще и уборкой не «грешат». На фото видно, насколько грязная вытяжка вентиляции, которая находится над столами. Очень тесно стоят столики, мало личного пространства. Занято буквально все доступное место, которое есть. Видна цель обеспечить максимальную вместимость, наплевав на комфорт. По итогу худший день рождения в моей жизни. В основном конечно из-за последующих проблем с зубами. Но и в ином случае это просто худший ресторан в моей жизни. Так невкусно я еще нигде не ел, если речь о ресторанах.

Food: Amazing!! It's not too pricey and meal portions are huge. Very delicious and authentic. We had Kharcho, Roast lamb, Lamb medallion, chicken roast with mushroom, fattoush and lemonade. Service: Emin our server was very accomodating and nice. He assisted us and was very attentive with our orders. Staff in general was very polite and warm :) Atmosphere: It felt like we were back in ancient times. The restaurant itself looks simple outside (it is underground) but is a whole another world inside! Definitely recommend this place when in Nizami :)

We went to this restaurant since it has good reviews and was recommended to go here for the local food. The food was okay, local taste, but the service was bad, nobody is paying attention to you, their english is very weak, we weren’t informed that the meal we ordered was a plate with whole chicken made for sharing, although we ordered for one person only. I think there are better alternatives such as Kuban Said restaurant with also local food, but definitely better service.
