"You want a room that you don't deserve!" Yes, that’s exactly what the receptionist told us — and that alone should give you an idea of the kind of treatment you can expect at this hotel. We booked through Booking.com and received a confirmation email clearly stating our request for parking. The hotel even responded to confirm a parking spot would be reserved. But when we arrived, we were shocked to find no parking available at all. We had to search and pay for public parking ourselves. It didn’t stop there. The room we were given was completely different from what we had booked. None of the reception staff spoke English, making communication extremely difficult and frustrating. We were told to stay in a temporary room for one night and that the correct room would be ready the next day. We accepted, left our luggage at reception in the morning, and went sightseeing — trusting they would sort it out. When we returned, not only was nothing prepared, but our bags were still untouched at reception. They acted like we were new guests who had just walked in! We had to go through the check-in process all over again, only to be told there was no room available anymore. This was, without exaggeration, one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Miscommunication, broken promises, no accountability, and a shocking lack of professionalism or basic customer service. Avoid this place at all costs. You deserve better.

They are big liars, cheaters, we booked 1 bhk apartment but they told us that it was having some issue so they give us a small room with only 1 small bed and no other bed, kettle is also very dirty and their staff is very rude specially cleaning staff and reception staff , they told us next day you can can shift to the apartment but when we ask them they said still the issue is not resolved and they already took full payment and at the time of checkout they ask for more money as we already paid for 1 bht apartment but still adjusted in 1 small room..... Very bad service, very rude staff and always ask for more and more money.... NEVER RECOMMENDED specially for families if you are going with your kids never trust them first they give you small room then after making payment again they will ask you for more money by saying service charges ....DISGUSTING...... Your whole trip will get spoil so never go to this hotel.. They are CHEATERS, LIARS, VERY BAD STAFF BEHAVIOUR from cleaning to reception They give us a small room though we have confirmed booking of 1 BHK apartment..... So DIAPPOINTING........

Came with my family (incl my daughter) and stayed for 3 nights, standard double room What I liked. a) Very close proximity to Nisami street and Old City. b) High security area - near the government building, so it's a secure area c) Friendly staff and service d) new furniture e) Water dispensers at all floor, so plenty of drinking water available, apart from the complimentary water bottles What I disliked a) Rooms are very small for the price. The space is quite cramped for a family, but should be ok for backpackers b) Breakfast was ordinary with only few dishes and the same menu is repeated everyday. c) Parking is an issue, even drop off and pick up could be an issue, as the area is controlled by police. d) Poor ventilation for the bathroom e) No electric kettle or provision to make a cup of tea/coffee f) The hotel prefers cash payment, although they have agreed to take half the payment through card g) The mattress was below par and not comfortable As a whole, I would not recommend standard double room for familes, instead try for a bigger room for a higher price.

Total scam of an experience-We booked through booking with arrival there at 5 am as communicated previously to the hotel expecting to have the room ready. There were 2 guys sleeping at front desk while the 3rd arrived a bit later. He gave us the news that they have a “technical problem” with our room and cannot do check in, we asked about another one and said it was not possible only offering an apartment quote “2 min away from of the hotel”. Started walking with one of the guys who was sleeping earlier in the lobby and could clearly tell he was not familiar with the way there, checking his phone all the time. After 5 min and keep on asking where it was, apparently 15 min more of walking was needed which at that point we refused to and came back to the hotel. The main guy did not provide any explanation at all just offering to book taxi to the other option - the apartment, head on confronted him about lying about the distance and not offering anything to the initial room technical issues. At that point the story was mixed on the room issues from toilet to the bed being stained but no details provided at all. We started calling booking for filing complaint and in the end decided to go to another hotel recommended by Passage although “permanently closed” on google and they stated that is not the case, hotel Hazz is open. We took a taxi there and asked someone from the 3 guys at reception to come with us for reassurance, however the taxi was going in circles around the drop off, him and Passage personnel trying to find Hazz. At that point we for sure done with them and left the taxi to find sth else...
