Novikov Group was established in 1991. Arkadiy Anatolievich Novikov is the first Russian entrepreneur restaurateur. He was born in 1962 in Moscow. After graduating from high school, he studied at Moscow culinary college number 174, and then at the Faculty of Economics catering Academy of National Economy Plekhanov. He began his professional career as a cook at the "University" restaurant. In 1990 he became chef at the famous Hard Rock Cafe. In 1992, Arkadiy Novikov opened his first restaurant - "Sirena", which became the first seafood restaurant in the capital of Russia with a revolutional approach to the cuisine, service, interior and atmosphere. This marked the beginning of a new, post-Soviet stage in the development of Russian restaurant business. Wonderful Family-Friendly Restaurant with Excellent Service

We absolutely loved this restaurant! It's perfect for both adults and kids, making it a great choice for a family outing.

As a family with young children, we had an amazing time. The menu offers something for everyone. For the adults, we enjoyed Chicken Shashlyk, Lula Kebab, and the Burrata Salad with tomatoes—each dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. We also tried the pomegranate wine, which paired wonderfully with the meal.

For the kids, the restaurant made it super easy. Our older child was happy with classic spaghetti and meatballs.

What really impressed us was how accommodating the staff were for our 1-year-old. It’s usually hard to find food for him in restaurants since he doesn't eat salt, but they kindly prepared unsalted rice, omelet, and meatballs just for him.

This place is a perfect example that if a place is crowded does not mean it is good. If there was an option of negative marking the service deserves that.

Starting with the good things, the ambiance and the vibe are really good.

And that's that. The portion size is way too small for the price. The wait time for food is way too long. My food was served earlier and then we had to wait for another 45 mins for my husband's food. Still didn't arrive. The waiters are too busy to even look at you. Even after telling three people that we are waiting for the food, no good response. They don't understand English.
