KFC Mackey St. — Restaurant in New Providence

Awesome experience Sunday evening at Mackey St branch. The service was efficient and quick. I was quickly acknowledged by the cashier Susette. She has the patience of Job because I couldn't make up my mind on which Big Deal meal I wanted. She was helpful, polite, gave me suggestions on my special request. I work at Atlantis as a Manager, it was refreshing to see the level of service I received from Susette. So I've found that the order taking team at this particular KFC location on Mackey Street enjoy playing games with the drive thru timer. Apparently they're on the "clock" to move the line of cars expeditiously through the drive thru line. And while I appreciate a moving line thats being served, this is NOT my problem. From 'Move up', 'Move further up' to 'Pull forward.… I'm quite tired of this. It's happened multiple times. This does not happen at the other KFC...

The order taker didn’t even say good evening, they didn’t have any famous bowls and wouldn’t make one upon request at if they didn’t have the ingredients to make one.

They said that it would take three minutes to get a simple two piece chicken, which took 30 minutes.
