Kozhikode Star Restaurant — Restaurant in Bahrain Island

It's really a family friendly restaurant, but there is more bad sides from the surroundings of the restaurant. Like always let me start of with the bad side than good side incase it doesn't start a hollo reaction!

1. The parking: It's really hard to find the parking due to the place being in Manama next to Malabar gold and diamonds and the gold bazar.
2. The restaurants outside does not look that neat.

Good Side-

1. The food in Kozhikode star is amazing, its a must to try, we are regular customers of this restaurant and everyone loves it.
2. Its mainly a family restaurant than a single person restaurant. Families can gather together and eat this amazing Calicut delicacy.
3. The staff are really friendly and are fluent in all languages such as (Tamil, Hindi, English, Malayalam).
4. Their deliveries are really fast and time manageable for people who has work and other stuff.
5. The specialty of the restaurant is the chicken 65, Beef Biryani, Chicken Biryani, and fish fries + eating the biryani with freshly made Indian tea is really spectacular.
6. Less Prices of food- Everyone can try out their food at any low rates and its really affordable. During ICC worldcups or FIFA worldcups this restaurant staff and them offer free variety of channels to watch from the restaurant...

I will start differently this time. You may not know this but Kozhikode Star restaurant has a special parking for guests. So once you reach the restaurant, inform them that you would like to park your vehicle. There are 2 different parking lots which belongs to the restaurant. After you pass the restaurant you will see the parking lot on your left which is open always including mornings. The one on right is open only after 5pm. After parking our vehicle, we headed to the restaurant, chose our seats and the best part is upon ordering biryani and meals we were served on banana leaves. We tried their mutton bamboo biryani, chicken leghorn biryani, their signature style beef biryani, ghee rice and beef roast. Talking about their date-chilli sweet and sour pickle, it was a bomb. That was my favorite. I also like their yogurt, onion salad and ofcourse their dessert without which our lunch would have been incomplete, it’s called Pysam. We usually visit this restaurant for their snack especially parrampuri at around 4:30pm. I didn’t like their tea, however this is one of the best restaurants Indian restaurants in Bahrain I must say. So totally recommend it....

The ever time waste food which i tasted in bahrain. Vlogers are keep on posting and rated 4 i dont know how they can say this lie to the people. It’s really a shame to say that it’s kerala style food. Today also i tried kerala meals and chicken biriyani. Utter flop and even im thinking how they can give these kind of bad experience to customers like the side dishes which they provided with the rice and biriyani i can rate 2/5. Honestly i will never suggest any one especially keralites to go there. If u want to try i can suggest malabar notebook- sadhya which is available in Friday and normal meals in all weekends are k like 3.8/5 and different varities of food they have. Erachi choru is superb4/5. And i prefer everyone should try alkhaser biriyani near pakistan club. Its really awesome and the taste 4/5 same like paragon biriyani. Try it is available from evening 5 pm till morning 2 am. Sorry kozhikode team i just write this because i have more than one experience and i would like to serve much more better from ur side.
