Cannot really write what I feel after this poor communication with this club via WhatsApp. Everything was clear book, than they send me a message 11:26pm to confirm my confirmation at same day! Means 34 minutes time in the night. Next morning confirmed. No answer. Called called again. No answer. That’s weird and worst case I ever had Dear 🖤🥂💙 Kindly confirm your reservation on 27th of December at 7:00 till 10:00 PM for 2 person in Viola.

Our dress code is smart casual. We do accept hoodies and shorts with closed shoes until 8pm.

I recently visited viola and was blown away by the exceptional service provided by ergi restaurant supervisor From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. The atmosphere was also fantastic - the perfect balance of lively and relaxed.

The drinks were expertly crafted and delicious, and the food was equally impressive. The presentation was beautiful and the flavors were unique and bold.

Overall, I had an exceptional experience at viola. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great spot for drinks or a night out with friends. Thank you to the staff for making my visit...

The customer service is really bad specially with the bodyguards

1 we had a reservation but when we came they told us we can’t get in because the way we dress and we actually knew about the dress code and we wore as instructed but still they didn’t let us in, and there was a bodyguard he was shouting and yelling that’s not good customer service

Overall there are better places than this
